The car was delivered to me in indecent condition, dirty inside and out .... And on my return I was charged for damage not done by me. I strongly advise against!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi, simpatici, cordiali e professionali. Due ragazzi disponibili e preparati, che ti spiegano ogni possibile opzione di noleggio. A dispetto dei luoghi comuni sul sud e sulla competenza, qui ne ho trovata in abbondanza. Ho trovato molto di peggio in alcune agenzie del "nord". I prezzi sono ottimi e la prenotazione semplice. Consigliati.
Good, nice, friendly and professional. Two guys available and prepared, that explain to you every possible rental option. Despite the clichés about the south and about competence, I found plenty of them here. I found a lot worse in some "north" agencies. The prices are excellent and the booking is simple. Recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale preparato e gentilissimo, mi hanno dato anche le catene gratis, nonostante risultano a pagamento, inoltre ho noleggiato da giorno 8/2/22 ora del ritiro 18:00, e avrei dovuto riconsegnare il 10/2/22 ore 20:00 ma ho consegnato giorno 11/2/22, e non solo ho anche sostituito l’auto noleggiata sul sito per averne una più grande pagando una differenza irrisoria
Staff trained and very kind, they also gave me the chains for free, although they are paid, also I rented from 8/2/22 time of collection 18:00, and I should have returned on 10/2/22 at 20:00 but I delivered on 11/2/22, and not only did I also replace the rented car on the site to get a bigger one by paying a negligible difference

They are professional and good people. The rates of Sicily by Car, among other things, are good. And the cars are from brands that I personally prefer. Even if these are personal tastes. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a Black Friday Deal for this company via Ryanair on 23. November spontaneously without checking out the company first. Big mistake. I could only confirm the negative reviews starting from hidden Terms and Conditions to incresiinc inefficient and unhelpful service at the desk. If you have a debit card with sufficient funds (ordinary procedure for car hire at market leader Europcar f.e.) They offer to charge you a 65€ non-refundable fee for that's their protocol. I did not use that rip off service and unfortunately did not get reimbursed for my booking either. Therefore, I'd say Sicily by car has a disappointing customer service and questionable practices that could be reviewed by a consumer protection agency. The proposed and unjustified 65€ charge is unacceptable since this is Not mentioned in T&A, no refund was offered. Either pay 65€ fee or lose the already paid car hire. How would you trust a car service with a sudden fee that's not mentioned anywhere?
