★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto prenotata e pagata online il 09 agosto. Dovevo ritirarla alle 16 oggi 19 agosto, mi presento alle 15:45 e l'auto non c'era. Mi hanno posticipato sino alle 17:30 per comunicarmi, dietro mia chiamata, che non c'erano auto, non rientravano e non avevano come aiutarmi. Un rimbalzo di scuse inaccettabili tra broker di prenotazione e compagnia di noleggio sul presunto mancato "blocco delle prenotazioni delle vetture". Pessima esperienza e sarà anche l'unica.
Car booked and paid online 09 August. I had to pick it up at 4 pm today, August 19th, I introduce myself at 3.45 pm and the car wasn't there. They postponed me until 5.30 pm to let me know that there were no cars, they didn't come back and they didn't have any help. A rebound of unacceptable excuses between booking broker and rental company on the alleged failure to "block car reservations". Very bad experience and it will be the only one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Truffaldini e dir poco ,il furgone da noi prenotato e pagato profumatamente presentava il vetro rotto,sporco all'interno,e dulcis in fundo la mattina della nostra partenza da Roma la temperatura dell'acqua,non si abbassava; chiamiamo a Reggio e ci risponde di contattare il numero verde inesistente e aspettare che ci localizzioni ci portino da un meccanico e verifichino il danno non siamo in un paesino ma a Roma centro sotto la pioggia fermi.Mai più diffidate proprio.
Truffaldini and to say the least, the van we booked and paid for handsomely had broken glass, dirty inside, and last but not least on the morning of our departure from Rome the water temperature did not drop; we call Reggio and he replies to contact the non-existent toll-free number and wait for us to localizzioni to take us to a mechanic and check the damage we are not in a village but in central Rome in the rain.
