Excellent service, new and clean car, always present courteous and helpful staff. After 7 days of rental I just feel like recommending this car rental and thanks in particular to Mr. Daniele. We will certainly meet again at Easter

HO RISOLTO RIVOLGENDOMI A NOLEGGI LOCALI MOLTO PIU' AFFIDABILI E SINCERI.
MI DISPIACE DOVER FARE CATTIVA PUBBLICITA' A LOCAUTO. MA COSI' NON PUO' FUNZIONARE.
VERY NEGATIVE BECAUSE THE REGGIO CALABRIA OPERATOR DOES NOT RENT ME THE AVAILABLE CARS EVEN AFTER REGULAR RESERVATION.
I SOLVED BY REFERRING TO LOCAL RENTALS MUCH MORE RELIABLE AND SINCERE.
I SORRY HAVING TO DO BAD ADVERTISING IN LOCAUTO. BUT THIS CANNOT WORK.

Ti fissano la riconsegna domenica e tengono l ufficio chiuso,,, così che al lunedì mattina con la macchina riconsegnata col pieno, magicamente mancano 15 litri di benziba??,, e nn di meno il costo per ila presunta mancanza e 80 euro!!!! Peccato che già dal fatto che foste chiusi la puzza di bruciato l'avevo sentita. Foto del pieno regolarmente effettuate d scontrini alla mano ci si vede presto locauto Reggio calabria siete ridicoli e morti di fame

Ha negato di avere a disposizione una macchina che dopo abbiamo visto portarsi via dal parcheggio soltanto per farci affittare una macchina di gamma superiore ad un prezzo elevatissimo. Sconsigliato
Bad attention. Predisposition to solve ZERO problems. The person in charge did not even look us in the face to speak. He denied that he had a car that we later saw being taken away from the parking lot only to let us rent a top-of-the-range car at a very high price. Not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. In malpensa airport they charge an extra cost if you come after midnight even if the flight is delayed. They block 500 euros in your credit card while Hertz only holds 200 for a weekend rent. If you don't have 500 euros they force you to buy the complete insurance package and they still hold as much as they can on your card. Last but not least, the car i was given was a basic fiat panda instead of a fiat 500. Moral of the story: I paid 4 times more than expected. Extremely disappointed. NEVER TO USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN, I'd rather reach my destination by foot than rent from these cretins and thieves again.
