★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile esempio di scortesia! Sono arrivato con un volo a Reggio Calabria e dovevo attendere circa due ore un bus. All'esterno dell'aeroporto non c'è alcun tipo di servizio e non è possibile in questo periodo entrare in aerostazione senza una carta d'imbarco. Mi sono rivolto a questa agenzia per poter usare un bagno dopo aver vagato inutilmente alla ricerca di un bar. I due addetti, seduti fuori dall' agenzia, in totale assenza di qualunque forma di professionalità (erano in quel luogo per lavorare?), visibilmente infastiditi, mi hanno risposto che il bagno era rotto che non conoscevano bar nelle vicinanze.
Alla mia domanda esasperata se dovessi noleggiare un'auto per trovare un bagno la risposta è stata "ecco bravo, ha capito".
Uno di loro ha aggiunto che potevo andare ad espletare i miei bisogni dietro un palazzo! Non capisco come una compagnia di noleggio possa avere simili dipendenti. Quale immagine danno dell'Europcar?
Incredible example of discourtesy! I arrived with a flight to Reggio Calabria and I had to wait about two hours for a bus. Outside the airport there is no type of service and during this period it is not possible to enter the airport without a boarding pass. I turned to this agency to be able to use a bathroom after wandering in vain looking for a bar. The two employees, sitting outside the agency, in the total absence of any form of professionalism (were they in that place to work?), Visibly annoyed, replied that the bathroom was broken that they didn't know any bars nearby.
To my exasperated question if I had to rent a car to find a bathroom the answer was "that's good, he understood".
One of them added that I could go and fulfill my needs behind a building! I don't understand how a rental company can have such employees. What image do they give the Europcar?
