Il signor Camillo ha affittato a me e al mio compagno una macchina nel mese di agosto. La vettura,completamente graffiata e acciaccata da ogni parte,era stata appena ritirata dai clienti precedenti e non è stato effettuato nessun servizio di sanificazione o pulizia prima di consegnarcela (era letteralmente piena di sporcizia e di sabbia) ma la cosa più preoccupante sono le misure previste a seguito del COVID che non sono state affatto prese in considerazione. Abbiamo comunque accettato in quanto eravamo di grande fretta e non riuscivamo a trovare niente altro alle 16.00 ormai. Dopo 3 giorni dal noleggio, subisco un grave lutto in famiglia che mi costringe ad interrompere la vacanza perciò restituisco la macchina al signore all’aeroporto di Palermo,gli spiego l’accaduto e lui,senza che io insistessi I pretendessi, alla domanda se si potesse fare qualcosa per un po’ di rimborso visto che la cifra era esigua, mi assicura che se ne sarebbe preso carico lui e mi avrebbe fatto sapere quanto prima. È passato più di un mese e mezzo( periodo durante il quale ho mandato 4 messaggi e 3 email) e non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Il signor Camillo ha ben pensato di evitarmi con grande maturità ?. Questa è la grande professionalità e umanità dimostrata da questa agenzia. Consiglio vivamente di rivolgervi altrove.

Mr. Camillo rented a car to me and my partner in August. The car, completely scratched and bruised on all sides, had just been collected by previous customers and no sanitizing or cleaning service was carried out before delivering it to us (it was literally full of dirt and sand) but the most worrying thing are the measures expected following the COVID that have not been taken into consideration at all. We accepted however as we were in a great hurry and couldn't find anything else at 4pm now. After 3 days from the rental, I suffer a serious bereavement in the family that forces me to interrupt the holiday so I return the car to the gentleman at the Palermo airport, I explain what happened and he, without my insistence I pretend, to the question if yes he could do something for a bit of reimbursement since the amount was small, he assures me that he would take care of it and let me know as soon as possible. It's been over a month and a half (period during which I sent 4 messages and 3 emails) and I have never received a reply. Mr. Camillo has well thought of avoiding me with great maturity ?. This is the great professionalism and humanity shown by this agency. I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
