 I rented a car at the nautical blue for a week, great price, they even gave me the rental of a dinghy for half a day, at the reception courteous staff, very kind, the person who answered the phone was very kind, I recommend it

Il servizio è stato impeccabile, il personale si è dimostrato preparato e attento.
Ci hanno spiegato perfettamente il funzionamento delle barche, il tragitto e da fare per raggiungere la riserva della Zingaro e non abbiamo avuto nessun tipo di disagio o malfunzionamento.
Esperienza da rifare!
My friends and I chartered two boats last week.
The service was impeccable, the staff were prepared and attentive.
They perfectly explained the operation of the boats, the route and to do to reach the Zingaro reserve and we did not have any kind of discomfort or malfunction.
Experience to be redone!

With some friends we rented a dinghy, everything went very well. The guys were kind and cordial in explaining the coves to visit. to redo!!!

We hired a car. Given the service offered and their availability, we also decided to rent a dinghy to see the beauties of the gulf and its surroundings. Highly recommended !!!

Antonio is an absolute star. Anything you need, he will sort it for you in a very professional and courteous manner. He helped my girlfriend and I with boat, scooter and restaurants. Not a single disappointment! I'd definitely give him 5 stars.
Antonio is really super professional, as well as courteous, respectful and very kind. He helped me with the boat - phenomenal day tour with very nice skipper - with the moped, with the restaurants. And he even offered me some sweets. Vote 10

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto 1 stella perché non posso metterne 0. Abbiamo prenotato 15 giorni prima, abbiamo ricevuto una loro chiamata la mattina stessa per confermare il nostro arrivo. Giorno 9 Agosto, Una volta arrivati sul posto dopo aver percorso 100 km ci ritroviamo a discutere con la ragazza che prendeva le prenotazioni perché avevano affittato tutte le barche lasciandoci al caldo e rovinando un’intera giornata. La Parte migliore arriva quando la ragazza responsabile delle prenotazioni dice con arroganza che non è colpa sua, classico esempio di lavoratore mediocre e sgarbato che non vuole nemmeno assumersi le proprie responsabilità. Fortunatamente Ci sono infiniti posti dove poter prenotare una barca a Castellammare, più avanti abbiamo trovato uno stand dove invece una ragazza molto gentile dopo diverse chiamate è riuscita ad affittarci una barca risolvendo il nostro problema. Gli errori possono succedere, ma quella ragazza arrogante e poco preparata rovina decisamente l’immagine di blu nautica. Sconsigliatissimo.
I put 1 star because I can't put 0. We booked 15 days before, we received a call from them the same morning to confirm our arrival. Day 9 August, Once we arrive at the place after traveling 100 km we find ourselves discussing with the girl who took the reservations because they had rented all the boats, leaving us warm and ruining an entire day. The best part comes when the girl in charge of reservations arrogantly says it's not her fault, a classic example of a mean, rude worker who doesn't even want to take responsibility. Fortunately there are infinite places where you can book a boat in Castellammare, further on we found a stand where instead a very kind girl after several calls managed to rent us a boat solving our problem. Mistakes can happen, but that arrogant and poorly prepared girl definitely ruins the image of nautical blue. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. They gave us a boat with an anchor that was too light for the boat so we couldn’t stop anywhere. We couldn’t enjoy our day so we called them and the lady said she couldn’t do anything because “her co-worker was not there” so we decide to come back earlier. When we arrived we complained and they said “you dont know how to anchor(!)” (we tried 5 times in different locations exactly as their staff instructed us). The owner yelled at my husband on the phone because he didn’t want to give a discount. In the end they didn’t give us our money back or even a decent discount. Such a poorly run business by disrespectfull people. Check Trip Advisor for more reviews of people not happy with their service.
