★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza! Prenotiamo con una settimana d'anticipo chiedendo un imbarcazione per 10 persone e loro ci confermano che ci saranno 2 imbarcazioni ad aspettarci. Pochi minuti dopo richiamiamo per confermare la prenotazione ma precisiamo che saremmo stati 14 e no 10 e quindi che volevamo 2 imbarcazioni per 7 persone!
Arriviamo la mattina e c viene detto che la prenotazione è errata e che non possiamo partire! Anzichè trovare una soluzione ci risponde: " un avemu chi fari". La sua arroganza e la poca volontà di risolvere il problema c ha portato fortuna, abbiamo trovato un ottima alternativa e persone molte più efficenti per risolverci questo piccolo inconveniente.
 Very bad experience! We book a week in advance asking for a boat for 10 people and they will confirm that there will be 2 boats waiting for us. A few minutes later we call back to confirm the reservation but we specify that we would have been 14 and no 10 so we wanted 2 boats for 7 people!
We arrive in the morning and c are told that the reservation was wrong and that we can not go! Instead of finding a solution replies: "a avemu who" headlights. His arrogance and unwillingness to solve the problem brought good luck, we found an excellent alternative and many more efficient people to solve this small inconvenience.

Esperienza incredibile, ci hanno letteralmente distrutto una domenica. Da che mondo in mondo tutte queste tipi di imbarcazioni sono omologate per 7 persone, appoggiandosi a questa scusa, essendo noi 13 persone volevano costringerci a noleggiare una terza barca per mezza giornata con un alteriore prezzo di 100 euro, avendo già prenotato una settimana prima e specificando il numero di persone, il responsabile di questa ditta ci ha specificatamente detto (in modo molto molto sgarbato) di prendere 3 barche altrimenti potevamo andare via. Cosa che noi abbiamo fatto... ANDATE ALTROVE!
Eye guys ... hire boats scam.
Incredible experience, they literally destroyed us on a Sunday. Since the beginning in the world all these types of boats are approved for 7 people, leaning on that excuse, since we are 13 people wanted to force us to hire a third boat for half a day with a alteriore price of 100 Euros, having already booked a week before and specifying the number of people in charge of this company has specifically told us (in a very very rude) taking 3 boats otherwise could go on. What we did ... GO ELSEWHERE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noleggiato una barca per un'intera giornata,tutto ok se non fosse per l'ancora(magari non sapevamo ancorare noi). Il servizio è buono, ti accolgono con allegria e ti mettono a tuo agio, hanno recuperato una barca per noi anche se abbiamo chiamato pochissimi giorni prima. La barca era in buono stato e ci hanno spiegato tutto. Se volete noleggiare una barca potete andare da loro però prima guardatevi un tutorial su come buttare l'ancora se siete inesperti come noi, 8 persone non sono riuscite a far stare ferma la barca xD(credo sia lo stesso per tutte le barche) per il resto consigliato dai ! Una giornata alternativa spendendo il giusto. La prossima volta magari darò 5 stelle
Rented a boat for a whole day, everything ok if it weren't for the anchor (maybe we didn't know how to anchor). The service is good, they welcome you with joy and put you at ease, they recovered a boat for us even though we called a few days before. The boat was in good condition and they explained everything to us. If you want to rent a boat you can go to them but first look at a tutorial on how to drop anchor if you are inexperienced like us, 8 people could not make the boat stand still xD (I think it is the same for all boats) for the rest recommended by! An alternative day spending the right amount. Maybe next time I'll give it 5 stars

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, avevamo prenotato un gommone per 8, compresi due ragazze di 12 anni e un ragazzo di 16. Arrivati sul posto ci spingono insistentemente a prendere un secondo gommone perché altrimenti eravamo un po' sacrificati per l'intera giornata. Cosa mai detta durante le telefonate intercorse nei giorni precedenti. Prima furberia sul carburante. Svitano il tappo al serbatoio orizzontale sul gommone e non si può verificare la giusta quantità di carburante, cosa che al rientro viene smontano e lo mettono in verticale per controllare la reale quantità sulle tacche del serbatoio, ovviamente la lancetta carburante del gommone e guasta. Ma il bello viene ora.....arrivati alla prima caletta, ci accingiamo a gettare l'ancora del secondo gommone e si spezza la corda perdendo catena e ancora prima ancora di averla fissata al gommone. Guardiammo la corda e presentava lacerazioni anche in altri punti. Telefonai subito per spiegare il fatto e continuammo la giornata di mare legandolo alla poppa del primo gommone quando ci fermammo di nuovo( una sosta soltanto). Al rientro ci fecero pagare catena e ancora nonostante mostrai la corda in pessime condizioni. E il ragazzo sfontatamente fece insinuazioni sulla nostra esperienza di mare senza sapere che veniamo proprio da una città di mare, ma soprattutto negando l'evidenza del degrado e del pessimo stato della fune. Sconsiglio fortemente questa ditta di noleggio gommoni.

They unscrew the cap from the horizontal tank on the boat and you can't check the right amount of fuel, something that when you come back it is dismantled and placed vertically to check the real quantity on the tank notches, obviously the fuel needle of the boat is broken. But the best is now ..... arrived at the first cove, we are going to throw the anchor of the second dinghy and break the rope losing the chain and even before having fixed it to the dinghy. We looked at the rope and presented lacerations in other places as well. I immediately telephoned to explain the fact and we continued the day by the sea tying it to the stern of the first rubber boat when we stopped again (a stop only). On the way back they made us pay for the chain and even though I showed the rope in bad condition. And the boy unwise made insinuations about our experience of the sea without knowing that we come from a seaside town, but above all denying the evidence of the degradation and the bad state of the rope. I strongly advise against this boat rental company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All'andata il conteggio della benzina è stato fatto a tanica coricata, al ritorno, nonostante avessimo fatto il pieno, il conteggio della tanica è stata fatta con tanica in piedi (fanno di tutto per fregarti) Barca vecchia e in pessime condizioni. Al ritorno l'abbiamo consegnata per come ce l'hanno data e dopo un quarto d'ora dalla consegna dove avevano già visto che la barca non aveva nessun danno ci hanno detto che avevano trovato uno sportellino rotto e volevano fregarsi altri 50 €. Poco seri e professionali.

Abbiamo prenotato 2 barche da 7 persone e, arrivati al momento di noleggiare le barche veniamo informati dal personale, in maniera sgarbata, che 4 persone possono rimanere a terra perché le nostre barche non sono disponibili e sono disponibili solo barche da 5.....non hanno provato a risolvere il problema, anzi insistevano per farci prendere un'altra barca aggiungendo 100 euro al prezzo finale..... Lasciando stare la presa in giro, è stato fastidioso e offensivo il menefreghismo e la speculazione gratuita! Lo stesso giorno abbiamo trovato disponibilità da non solo transfert che sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili.... Buon divertimento ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato una barca due settimane fa con un prezzo minore degli altri noleggi barche, nel momento della prenotazione mi hanno riferito un prezzo di 90€ per l'intera giornata.
Oggi ( a due giorni prima della data destinata al noleggio) sono stato chiamato riferendomi che la barca non poteva essere noleggiata a quel prezzo, aumentando il prezzo totale a 120€. Chiedendo informazioni, ammettendo l'errore, mi comunicava di aver sbagliato il prezzo e non intendeva assumersi la responsabilità dell'errore effettuato.
Trovo che sia ingiusto dopo aver concordato un prezzo variarlo a proprio modo. Penso che sia una mancanza di serietà nei confronti del cliente.
Non consiglio questo noleggio.

By asking for information, admitting the mistake, he told me he had made the wrong price and did not intend to take responsibility for the mistake made.
I find it unfair after agreeing on a price to vary it in your own way. I think it's a lack of seriousness towards the customer.
I don't recommend this rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibile la negligenza di questo noleggio. Sono stata assieme alla mia famiglia per passare una bella giornata, all'idea del divertimento. E invece ci siamo ritrovati a combattere con un ancora che non attaccava: piccola e attaccata con la corda, non consona a una imbarcazione più grossa rispetto a un giocattolino che ci hanno dato come ancora. Abbiamo passato più tempo sopra il gommone alla ricerca di un modo di fermarsi che al mare. Per altro, quando la corda si è tagliata e l'ancora è rimasta sul fondo, addirittura il gran signore che dice di non essere il proprietario, e non ha però voluto chiamarlo, ha voluto farsi pagare l'ancora. Trucchetti da principiante per racimolare la carta di dieci in più? Non so quanto costa un'ancora, ma abbiamo dovuto sborsare 25 euro in più rispetto ai già 200 euro per l'imbarcazione.
Ovviamente sconsiglio assolutamente di noleggiare un gommone o barca li. Ci sono tantissimi posti per divertirsi, ma non questo se non volete finire con la giornata sotto sopra.
Incredible negligence of this rental. I was with my family to spend a nice day, with the idea of having fun. And instead we found ourselves fighting with an anchor that did not attack: small and attached with the rope, not suited to a larger boat than a toy they gave us as an anchor. We spent more time on the dinghy looking for a way to stop than at the sea. On the other hand, when the rope was cut and the anchor remained on the bottom, even the great gentleman who says he is not the owner, but did not want to call him, wanted to get paid for the anchor. Beginner tricks to scrape together ten more cards? I don't know how much an anchor costs, but we had to shell out 25 euros more than the already 200 euros for the boat.
Obviously I absolutely do not recommend renting a dinghy or boat there. There are tons of places to have fun, but not this one if you don't want to end the day upside down.
