★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo non ci siamo trovati bene in quanto abbiamo prenotato con due settimane di anticipo, per poi non trovare la nostra prenotazione al momento del nostro arrivo. Ci hanno risolto il problema all'ultimo ma ahimè mi viene da dire per pura fortuna.
Il personale è super gentile e su questo nulla da dire, purtroppo però 2 euro al litro per il carburante mi sembrano senza senso in quanto al momento in cui è stata fatta la transazione il prezzo si aggira intorno a 1,60/1,65 al litro.
Sarebbe più corretto spiegare quanto meno il motivo del rincaro o comunicarlo prima, di modo che il cliente possa decidere se affrontare il costo oppure no, e non all'ultimo momento.
 Unfortunately we were not happy as we booked two weeks in advance, only to not find our reservation upon our arrival. They solved the problem at the last minute but alas I feel like it was pure luck.
The staff is super nice and nothing to say about this, unfortunately, however, 2 euros per liter for fuel seem nonsense to me as at the time the transaction was made the price is around 1.60 / 1.65 per liter.
It would be more correct to at least explain the reason for the increase or communicate it earlier, so that the customer can decide whether to face the cost or not, and not at the last moment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È raro trovare noleggi di questo tipo in zona. Personale molto professionale, serio e con barche nuovissime, motori Mercury 4T nuovi e con tutte le dotazioni necessarie alla navigazione. Abbiamo affittato una barca con Skipper, che in modo molto professionale ci ha spiegato tutta la costa e mostrato le grotte e le calette più belle, straconsigliato.
It is rare to find rentals of this type in the area. Very professional, serious staff with brand new boats, new Mercury 4T engines and with all the necessary equipment for navigation. We rented a boat with Skipper, who explained the whole coast in a very professional way and showed us the most beautiful caves and coves, highly recommended.

Barche nuovissime e noleggiatori disponibilissimi, con una nota di riguardo per il signor Leonardo (il proprietario) che con una disponibilità e professionalità unica si sa distinguere da tutti gli altri noleggiatori della zona. Io sono del posto ed in passato ho avuto a che fare con quasi tutti i noleggiatori ma di sicuro T. A. Service è un passo avanti a tutti.
What can I say, without a doubt the best rental service in Castellammare. Brand new boats and extremely available charterers, with a special note for Mr. Leonardo (the owner) who, with a unique availability and professionalism, is able to distinguish himself from all the other charterers in the area. I am a local and in the past I have dealt with almost all the renters but for sure T. A. Service is a step ahead of all.

Service mi sono trovato benissimo personale educato è competente , barche nuove molto pulite e super accessoriate… volevo rispondere alla signora Barbara per la recensione negativa riguardo la benzina pagata 1,90 in quanto molti noleggiatori a Castellammare vendono il carburante molto più caro e poi come gli altri anni che si riportava la barca con il pieno il carburante al porto era superiore a 2,00 quindi penso che il prezzo dell’azienda non sia esagerato visto che devono organizzarsi giornalmente con i serbatoi per prenderla… concludo dicendo che la ditta T.A service è una delle aziende più valutate a Castellammare del golfo in quanto uno dei pochi ad avere imbarcazioni nuove quindi super consigliato.
I hired the boat from T.A. Service I had a great time polite and competent staff, very clean and super-equipped new boats ... I wanted to respond to Mrs. Barbara for the negative review regarding the petrol paid for 1.90 as many renters in Castellammare sell the fuel much more expensive and then like the other years that the boat was brought back with full fuel to the port was higher than 2.00 so I think that the price of the company is not exaggerated since they have to organize themselves daily with the tanks to take it ... I conclude by saying that the company TA service is one of the most valued companies in Castellammare del Golfo as one of the few to have new boats so super recommended.

Reliable and professional.
They have several boats for both beginners like me and experienced licensed.
I rented two consecutive days and in both rentals they gave me attention and courtesy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cortesia e professionalità, abbiamo noleggiato una barca il 17 agosto senza averla prenotata prima é devo dire che sono stati molto cortesi, l'imbarcazione era nuova e funzionale ed il prezzo adeguato al periodo. Infine hanno calcolato con precisione il carburante consumato facendolo pagare al giusto prezzo.
Courtesy and professionalism, we rented a boat on August 17th without having booked it before and I must say that they were very courteous, the boat was new and functional and the price appropriate for the period. Finally, they accurately calculated the fuel consumed by charging it at the right price.

Furthermore, Antonino and Leonardo are both really friendly and professional. The boat was clean, comfortable and overall perfect. We had an amazing day, thank you!
