★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nonostante orario di apertura continuato, ufficio postale chiuso “dovuto a sanificazione” in orario di pranzo (13;30 fino alle 14 circa) e senza nessun cartello.
Despite continuous opening hours, the post office is closed "due to sanitation" during lunch time (1:30 pm to 2:00 pm) and without any signs.

Per pagare un bollettino ho fatto la prenotazione tramite app ma arrivata lì non mi hanno fatto entrare perchè giornata di pensioni non si prenota...unica persona gentile e competente la ragazza dell sala consulenza
To do an operation they made me return 3 times despite the fact that 5 doors were open and empty. Lingua italiana, Dimenticano gli appuntamenti e per una pratica oltre un mese e ancora non sono in condizione di svolgere il loro lavoro!!! Li devono mandare a casa!!!! La vergogna in persona!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti che vi lamentate e siete in una cittadina di neanche 15mila abitanti, se venite in un ufficio postale a Palermo uscite fuori di testa? È un ufficio postale come si deve, normalissimo su 5 sportelli 4 sono aperti e funzionanti, operatori gentili disponibili e cordiali.
All you complain and you are in a town of less than 15 thousand inhabitants, if you come to a post office in Palermo you go out of your mind? It is a proper post office, very normal out of 5 counters 4 are open and functioning, kind operators available and cordial.
