★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contattati a metà giugno per prenotare una c3 per 8 giorni ad agosto. Una volta arrivati in aereoporto ci è stata consegnata una yaris vecchia, in condizioni pietose: specchietto laterale rotto che non permetteva di vedere bene, portiera che non si chiudeva nel momento in cui chiudevi l'auto con la chiave e anche il baule faceva fatica a chiudersi e ad aprirsi. oltre a questo ci siamo dovuti adattare in quanto eravamo in 4 con due valige grandi ed avevamo richiesto apposta la c3 per stare comodi. Viste le condizoni abbiamo provato a contrattare con il ragazzo che ci ha consegnato la macchina (dopo vari tentativi per farci avere la c3)ma non c'è stato verso, hanno voluto gli stessi soldi per una macchina che ne valeva molti di meno. Ho provato a contattare allora l'autonoleggio il giorno dopo per mail e successivamente, il giorno dopo, ho provato a contattare due numeri ma non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Alla consegna ho parlato con un'altra persona che però era un dipendente che non sapeva risolvermi il problema. Oggi dopo 4 giorni dal mio rientro ho provato a chiamare in agenzia e ovviamente hanno risposto dicendo che la macchina era uguale alla c3, che dovevo contattarli subito e che non c'è nessuna possibilità di essere rimborsati in quanto nessuno ci ha obbligati ad accettare la macchina. Non ci sono parole, pietosi.
 Contact us in mid-June to book a c3 for 8 days in August. Once we arrived at the airport we were given an old yaris, in pitiful condition: broken side mirror that did not allow us to see well, door that did not close when you locked the car with the key and even the trunk was struggling to to close and to open. in addition to this we had to adapt as there were 4 of us with two large suitcases and we had specifically requested the c3 to be comfortable. Given the conditions we tried to bargain with the guy who gave us the car (after several attempts to get us the c3) but there was no way, they wanted the same money for a car that was worth much less. I then tried to contact the car rental the next day by email and then, the next day, I tried to contact two numbers but I never received an answer. Upon delivery, I spoke to another person who was an employee who did not know how to solve the problem for me. Today after 4 days from my return I tried to call the agency and obviously they replied saying that the car was the same as the c3, that I had to contact them immediately and that there is no possibility of being reimbursed as no one forced us to accept the car. There are no words, pitiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro : no carta di credito e tutte le assicurazioni incluse con un prezzo che non trovi altrove.
Macchina arrivata più o meno in orario ma il ragazzo ha detto che la stava lavando e non posso dire che fosse sporca.
Finestrino lato guida non funzionante(detto che si era appena rotto e di domenica gli elettrauti erano chiusi) (ci credo poco)
Porta bagaglio con pistoni scarichi quindi da tenere su sennò ci tagliava la testa.
Tergicristalli consumati o secchi quindi abbastanza inutili (capisco che in Sicilia non piove quasi mai ma noi abbiamo beccato un bel acquazzone e può essere pericoloso)
Radio che si metteva in muto e cambiava stazione quando voleva (si vede che non gli piaceva quello che sceglievamo noi)
Lasciando l'acceleratore a bassi giri il motore singiozzava, quindi a ogni lasciata di pedale o premevi anche la frizione o ballavi un pó.
Detto questo ci ha permesso di girare la Sicilia e ci ha riportati sani e salvi in areoporto.
Consiglio per chi si accontenta del minimo indispensabile a un buon prezzo
Pros: no credit card and all insurance included with a price you can't find elsewhere.
Car arrived more or less on time but the boy said he was washing it and I can't say it was dirty.
Driver's side window not working (said it had just broken and on Sunday the electricians were closed) (I don't believe it much)
Luggage carrier with unloaded pistons so to keep up otherwise we would cut our heads off.
Worn or dry wipers therefore quite useless (I understand that in Sicily it almost never rains but we have caught a nice downpour and it can be dangerous)
Radio that silenced and changed stations when he wanted (you can see he didn't like what we chose)
Leaving the accelerator at low revs, the engine sobbed, so with each release of the pedal you either pressed the clutch or danced a little.
Having said that, he allowed us to tour Sicily and brought us back safely to the airport.
Advice for those who are satisfied with the bare minimum at a good price

Atterrati in aeroporto a Palermo abbiamo aspettato l’arrivo delle macchine per mezz’ora perché le auto erano dall’autolavaggio (le macchine sono arrivate tutte sporche).
Tralasciando ciò, avevamo pagato per avere 2 Ford focus SW, ci sono arrivate una Ford focus SW e una Fiat bravo: vecchie e tutte ammaccate.
Le macchine dovevamo riceverle con il pieno mentre avevano solo una tacca di benzina: entrambe!
Partiti dall’aeroporto in direzione Palermo la Fiat punto si è spenta almeno 6 volte.
Arrivati in un parcheggio ci siamo accorti che la Fiat punto non si poteva chiudere. Probabilmente c’era stato un tentativo di furto nei giorni prima del nostro arrivo, ma consegnare una macchina in queste condizioni è una cosa INDECENTE.
Dopo averli chiamati per avvisarli della situazione, volevano farci aspettare fino al giorno successivo per consegnarci un’altra macchina. Nel momento in cui rifiutiamo e decidiamo di ridare indietro le auto ci troviamo costretti a minacciare di chiamare la guardia di finanza per riavere indietro i soldi.
Per concludere, abbiamo messo 100 € di carburante nelle due automobili, che chiaramente non ci sono stati rimborsati.
PER CHIUNQUE CERCHI UN AUTOMOBILE E NON UN CATORCIO: EVITATE QUESTO POSTO.

We landed at the airport in Palermo and waited for the cars to arrive for half an hour because the cars were from the car wash (the cars arrived all dirty).
Apart from that, we paid for 2 Ford focus SW, we got a Ford focus SW and a Fiat bravo: old and all dented.
The cars had to be filled with a full tank while they only had one petrol notch: both!
Leaving the airport in the direction of Palermo, the Fiat Punto went off at least 6 times.
When we reached a parking lot, we realized that the Fiat Punto could not be closed. There was probably an attempted theft in the days before our arrival, but delivering a car in these conditions is a gross thing.
After calling them to warn them of the situation, they wanted us to wait until the next day to deliver another car. When we refuse and decide to return the cars, we are forced to threaten to call the finance police to get the money back.
Finally, we put 100 € of fuel in the two cars, which clearly have not been reimbursed.
FOR ANYONE LOOKING FOR A CAR AND NOT A CATORCIO: AVOID THIS PLACE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Auto consegnata in orario all’aereoporto, ci era stato detto che il mezzo non avrebbe avuto più di 6 anni invece ne aveva ben 16.
Abbiamo percorso circa 1000 km e fortunatamente il mezzo non ha mai avuto problemi, nonostante le sue condizini discrete.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo leggermente alto, unico pro la kasko compresa , no carta di credito e no cauzione. Ovviamente pagamento tutto subito ed in contanti.
Car delivered on time to the airport, we were told that the vehicle would not be more than 6 years old, instead it was 16.
We traveled about 1000 km and fortunately the vehicle never had any problems, despite its fair conditions.
Slightly high quality / price ratio, the only pro is the kasko included, no credit card and no deposit. Obviously, I pay everything immediately and in cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo due famiglie con 2 ragazzi e abbiamo noleggiato un furgone Peugeot EJ782EY.
Segnalo con forza la pericolosità di questo veicolo !!!!!
4 pneumatici lisci tutti differenti (tra cui uno da neve !!), ammortizzatori morti, freni anteriori morti. Nessuna tenuta di stada. Abbiamo dovuto cambiare 3 pneumatici a nostre spese per poter continuare il viaggio.
Abbiamo trovato dei meccanici amabili che ci hanno aiutato nel periodo delle feste, grazie.
Luci Stop posteriori non funzionanti, leva del cambio/retromarcia in pessimo stato.
Sullo stato pessimo della carrozzeria si puo' sorvolare ma noleggiare un veicolo cosi' pericoloso è da incoscienti !! Una bella sorpresa Pasquale dunque. Se decidete di noleggiare questo veicolo domandate una documento scritto che conferma il buono stato della meccanica (gomme, freni, ammortizzatori), eviterete cosi una vacanza piena di stress.

We are two families with 2 boys and we rented a Peugeot EJ782EY van.
I strongly point out the danger of this vehicle !!!!!
4 smooth tires all different (including one for snow !!), dead shock absorbers, dead front brakes. No road holding. We had to change 3 tires at our expense to be able to continue the journey.
We found some lovely mechanics who helped us over the holidays, thank you.
Rear stop lights not working, gear / reverse lever in poor condition.
You can fly over the bad state of the bodywork but renting such a dangerous vehicle is unconscious !! A nice Easter surprise then. If you decide to rent this vehicle, ask for a written document that confirms the good condition of the mechanics (tires, brakes, shock absorbers), thus avoiding a stress-filled holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car for 10 days. The good part is that you don't need a credit/debit card and there is no deposit. BUT we got a dirty Lancia with 170000 km with a lot of errors, with a damaged steering wheel and a lot of strange noises and squeakings. We had a problem with the battery and Marco showed me in a video how to fix it. I understand that the roads in Sicily are terrible but the maintenance of the car shoud have been made before they rent the car! The most annoying thing was the fact that Marco, the guy who gave us the car and told me how to fix the battery problem, doesn't speak English at all! Ezio Vesco, why don't you rent cars only for italian speakers if it's impossible to understand each other?!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Nice guy with a car waited for us in the airport, late at midnight. We got Fiat Punto. We drove around the island without any problems. Ok, the car was not perfect, and not the brand new (radio was not working for example) but for the price and service it is one of the best rental choice in Sicily. I recomend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented an economy car for our trip in Palermo and I can say that this was the best choice we could've made. For a very low price you get full casco and believe me you will need it if you plan to drive in Palermo or frankly anywhere in Sicily. The company doesn't charge anything extra and you get a piece of mind for you stay/vacation. They were very pleasant and extremely versatile with time and waited for us despite having our flight canceled. Sicilian driving can only be described as organized chaos and the last thing you want to worry about is having a scratch on a car that large rental companies will take an arm and a leg for. Please DO NOT go for any of these large rental companies and choose local. You will get amazing service and an amazing price!
