Der Werkstattleiter hat sofort die kaputten Bremsbelege diagnostiziert und mich sofort dran genommen, obwohl viel los war. In 1 Std war alles gemacht, incl. Probefahrt. Fairer Preis von 160 €, Super komopetenter Service! On the way home from vacation I had to have the brake pads replaced on my Citroen Jumper motorhome. The workshop manager immediately diagnosed the broken brake pads and dealt with me immediately, even though there was a lot going on. Everything was done in 1 hour, including a test drive. Fair price of 160 €, super competent service!
S	S&S75 Bronx on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lavorano bene... Forse sarebbe da 3 stelle e 1/2... Comunque bene in questi 10 anni ci siamo visti solo 2-3 volte dopo l'acquisto. They work well ... Maybe it would be 3 1/2 stars ... However well in these 10 years we only met 2-3 times after the purchase.

S	Santo Lucisano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'auto per il primo tagliando e purtroppo ho ricevuto un danno. Hanno fatto delle crepature alla vernice di entrambe le due minigonne anteriori. Probabilmente alzandola sul ponte in modo maldestro. Inoltre una modanatura era sganciata dalla carrozzeria. Notandola ho osservato meglio la macchina ed ho visto il danno. Li ho subito contattati telefonicamente e nel pomeriggio sono passato a far vedere il tutto. Nell'immediato hanno rimediato con un gancio nuovo e costatate le crepature della vernice mi hanno detto di ripassare la settimana seguente così da farla vedere in carrozzeria. Peccato che poi hanno ritrattato dicendo che sicuramente i danni c'erano già ecc ecc.. La mia auto ha un anno e circa 8500km, la tengo in box e non sono mai state invertite o sostituite le gomme, non è mai stata in altre officine, solo da loro per interventi in garanzia e per questo primo tagliando. Tra l'altro il giorno prima ho lavato personalmente l'auto e non c'erano questi danni. Ad oggi posso dire pessimo servizio e professionalità soprattutto nella gestione del cliente. My car is one year old and about 8500km, I keep it in the box and the tires have never been reversed or replaced, it has never been in other workshops , only from them for interventions under warranty and for this first service. Among other things, the day before I personally washed the car and there was no such damage. To date I can say bad service and professionalism especially in customer management. I	Ivana Lanzoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'apparenza è di efficienza ma poi alla consegna mi sono accorta che non tutti i lavori richiesti - e annotati sulla scheda - erano stati eseguiti e quando l'ho fatto notare mi è stato risposto con sufficienza che "li facevano la prossima volta", fra i quali una richiesta di cambio olio visibile anche dal cruscotto.... be' non ci sono rimasta troppo bene quindi la mia esperienza, non positiva, non mi fa certo venire voglia di tornarci. Cercherò un'officina più attenta alle richieste del cliente. The appearance is of efficiency but then upon delivery I realized that not all the works requested - and noted on the card - had been carried out and when I pointed it out I was told sufficiently that "they would do them next time", including a request for oil change also visible from the dashboard .... well I didn't stay too well so my experience, not positive, certainly doesn't make me want to go back. I will look for a workshop that is more attentive to customer requests.
