Ho portato la macchina per tre volte (un collaudo e due riparazioni) perché vicino al lavoro e convenzionati con l'azienda in cui lavoro. Nel caso delle due riparazioni si sono dimostrati quantomeno poco educati e professionali. Hanno svolto i lavori senza mostrarmi un preventivo e senza chiedere conferma che volessi procedere con la riparazione. Nella seconda occasione la macchina non è stata nemmeno riparata, presenta attualmente lo stesso problema che presentava quando gliel'ho portata con l'unica differenza che ho 240€ in meno in tasca (per una bobina e tre candele). I was wrong both professionally and personally. I brought the car three times (one Test and two repairs) because it close to work and an agreement with the company where I work. In the case of the two repairs they have been proven at the very least educated and professional. They have done the work without showing me a quote and without prompting you wish to proceed with the repair. On the second occasion the car has not even been repaired, currently it presents the same problem that occurred when gave it to them with the only difference that I have € 240 less in his pocket (for a reel and three candles).

Non chiamano se il lavoro è finito o se c'è un problema. A fronte di questa osservazione e del montaggio di un pezzo difettato (di cui comunque non imputo la colpa all'officina) non mi sono stati tolti nemmeno 10 euro dal conto anche solo simbolici. Anche se possono essere bravi nella risoluzione dei problemi dell'auto, non ho trovato empatia o interesse verso il cliente per questo non mi sento di consigliarli. In the face of this observation and the assembly of a defective piece (of which however I do not impute the fault to the workshop) not even 10 euros were removed from my account, even if only symbolic. While they may be good at car troubleshooting, I haven't found empathy or interest in the customer so I don't feel like recommending them.
