★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticamente ho pagato 13 euro per 35 pagine a4 stampate fronte retro più la rilevatore che altro non è che una plastica avanti e una cornice ad anelli di plastica. In più hanno preteso 1 euro perché sono andato li con un supporto esterno
I practically paid 13 euros for 35 pages a4 printed front-back plus the detector which is nothing but a plastic forward and a plastic ring frame. In addition they demanded 1 euro because I went there with external support

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato delle maglie fatte da loro con sopra dei disegni che volevo, ovviamente prima ho chiesto informazioni su lavaggi ecc e mi hanno detto che si sarebbero potute lavare come tutte le altre ma evidentemente no visto che non hanno retto nemmeno un lavaggio, quella bianca totalmente scolorita e la nera ovviamente sbiadita. Sono andato da loro per chiarimenti e non mi hanno saputo aiutare allora nel dubbio hanno dato la colpa a me dicedo che ho effettuato lavaggi con candeggina o chissà che, gli ho semplicemente risposto che le ho lavate con tutte le atre maglie e quelle erano le uniche ad essersi rovinate.
Per scusasi non mi hanno neanche chiesto se potevano rifarmene un'altra, in totale ho speso 51 euro per 3 maglie buttate nel cesso
I bought some shirts made by them with the designs I wanted on them, obviously first I asked for information on washes etc. and they told me that they could have been washed like all the others but obviously not since they didn't even hold up a wash, the totally white one discolored and the black obviously faded. I went to them for clarification and they could not help me then when in doubt they blamed me I say that I washed with bleach or who knows, I simply replied that I washed them with all the other shirts and those were the only ones to have been ruined.
To apologize they didn't even ask me if they could make me another one, in total I spent 51 euros for 3 shirts thrown down the toilet

Ho pagato subito e, visto il periodo, ho preferito aspettare fuori dal negozio. Dopo un'ora mi sono decisa ad entrare e guarda caso dopo due minuti le rilegature erano pronte. Probabilmente si erano dimenticati ma in ogni caso ho aspettato 60 minuti per sentirmi dire "scusa per l'attesa". Non ci tornerò.
60 minutes of waiting to make two bindings.
I paid immediately and, given the period, I preferred to wait outside the shop. After an hour I decided to go in and coincidentally after two minutes the bindings were ready. They probably forgot but in any case I waited 60 minutes to be told "sorry for the wait". I will not go back.
