Insufficiente nel senso che il personale non riusciva a servire i tavoli, nel nostro tavolo abbiamo mangiato a turno. The cuisine is excellent, I would have given 5 stars, but the last time the service was insufficient. Insufficient in the sense that the staff could not serve the tables, at our table we ate in turns.

Pizze non cotte piene di scadente salsa al pomodoro cruda, impossibili da mangiare a spicchi, un piatto di pasta olio e parmigiano per una bambina piccola con pezzetti di pagliuzza dei piatti e scarti dei gamberetti. Resoconto abbiamo pagato, non abbiamo mangiato e nessuno si è scusato quantomeno dell'imbarazzante inconveniente con il piatto di pasta. A place I will not return to and will never recommend to anyone on the contrary ... Uncooked pizzas filled with cheap raw tomato sauce, impossible to eat in wedges, a plate of pasta, oil and parmesan for a little girl with bits of straw from the plates and scraps of shrimp. La pizza è la pinsa romana, molto leggera mi è piaciuta Quiet place, very nice and with a simple but well-kept garden. It has a play area for children. The staff are very polite and professional. The pizza is the Roman pinsa, very light I liked it

Nell'antipasto la maionese al pistacchio ci ha letteralmente rapiti come il baccalà pastellato. Il tonno poi...con la scapece di Carciofi davvero una delizia...abbiamo apprezzato molto e andremo presto a gustare sul posto altre specialità. Gourmet delizioso, curato con passione che traspare nel gusto ad ogni morso. Da provare assolutamente. Nuances Gourmet was a very pleasant discovery. Despite the take-away, we enjoyed a really delicious grouper ragu sauce with asparagus. In the appetizer, the pistachio mayonnaise has literally kidnapped us like the battered cod. The tuna then ... with the Artichoke scapece really a delight ... we enjoyed it very much and we will soon go to taste other specialties on the spot. Delicious gourmet, cared for with passion that shines through in the taste with every bite. Absolutely to try.
