La pizza viene fatta con un impasto poco lievitato e condita con ciò che hanno in cucina. Per esempio è capitato ad una mia amica che era con me, sulla pizza pomodori da insalata tristi a pezzetti al posto dei pachino. Lo sconsiglio. Very poor location. The staff not polite and not my helpful. I haven't eaten well. The pizza is made with a lightly leavened dough and topped with what they have in the kitchen. For example, it happened to a friend of mine who was with me, on pizza with sad salad tomatoes in pieces instead of pachino tomatoes. I do not recommend it.

Ottimo , al posto dei panini tristi dell'autogrill. Family environment of an exceptional education, seen by chance from the service area. You go through a turnstile and cross the street. Il locale è un po datato,ma pulito ed accogliente,i bagni puliti e in ordine,il cibo ottimo ed abbondante ,e non ultimo dei padroni di casa simpaticissima ed accoglienti ,se ne trovano raramente così.In quattro abbiamo preso due pizze margherite, un piatto di patatine fritte per i ragazzi,un piatto di pappardelle alla boscaiolo,1 piatto di orecchiette vegetariane,una fetta di porchetta,due cicorie ,e due bottiglie di acqua al prezzo totale di 41 euro. Che dire per le delle porzioni di pasta con minimo 250 Gr di pasta? Pizza molto buona con ingredienti genuini. Un ultima cosa ,è raggiungibile anche dall'area di servizio Casilina est da chi proviene dalla A1 verso Roma Prima dell'uscita Pontecorco/Castrocielo ,parcheggiando e passando tramite dei tornelli.Consigliatissimo Last night, returning home with my family, I stopped to eat at this place that I had met through other reviews. The place is a little dated, but clean and welcoming, the bathrooms clean and tidy, the food excellent and plentiful, and last but not least the very nice and welcoming hosts, they rarely find it like this. Four of us had two margherite pizzas, a plate of french fries for the kids, a plate of pappardelle alla lumberjack, 1 plate of vegetarian orecchiette, a slice of porchetta, two chicory, and two bottles of water for a total price of 41 euros. What about the portions of pasta with at least 250 Gr of pasta? Very good pizza with genuine ingredients. One last thing, it can also be reached from the Casilina east service area by those coming from the A1 towards Rome Before the Pontecorco / Castrocielo exit, parking and passing through the turnstiles.
