Cucina davvero eccellente, attenta alla tradizione ma che strizza l'occhio all'innovazione. Lo chef dimostra tutta la sua passione in ogni piatto: consigliatissimi i RAVIOLI DI ZUCCA E PORCINI SU FONDUTA DI PECORINO E SPECK CROCCANTE, oltre alla straordinaria CARBONARA. Dolci freschi e deliziosi, soprattutto il tiramisù e la sbriciolata. Ottima anche la pizza con una grande varietà di scelta per tutti i gusti: da provare le pizze SPECIALI. Welcoming and familiar location. Staff trained, friendly and always available. Really excellent cuisine, attentive to tradition but which winks at innovation. The chef shows all his passion in every dish: the PUMPKIN AND PORCINI RAVIOLI ON PECORINO FONDUE AND CRISPY SPECK are highly recommended, as well as the extraordinary CARBONARA. Fresh and delicious desserts, especially tiramisu and crumbled. The pizza is also excellent with a great variety of choices for all tastes: try the SPECIAL pizzas.

Locale intimo, luminoso, non molto dispersivo e gradevole alla vista . Pizza spettacolare : impasto leggero, lievitato, condito con ingredienti di qualità ineccepibile . Il personale eccellente e professionale, abbiamo consumato una cacio e pepe e dei ravioli ... tutto molto buono e cottura dei piatti ottima!! Consiglio di provarlo !! Antipasto della casa abbondante ma affettati da supermercato, niente di locale. La pasta fatta a mano non male ma funghi presi dal barattolo. Prezzo un po' alto per quello che abbiamo preso. We went for lunch on Sunday, they don't make pizzas and the kitchen menu is a bit poor in the first courses for those who don't eat cheese like me. Appetizer of the house abundant but cold cuts from the supermarket, nothing local. Hand made pasta not bad but mushrooms taken from the jar. Price a bit high for what we got.

Ottima accoglienza anche da parte del personale e dello chef (dai suoi piatti si intuisce la passione che mette in ogni singolo piatto). Antipasto abbondante e di qualità. A seguire i primi piatti: una carbonara eccezionale, provare per credere, nulla da invidiare ai migliori ristoranti della cucina romana! Ravioli con ripieno di zucca e funghi porcini su fonduta di pecorino e speck di una delicatezza infinita. Da rimanere senza parole! Infine il dolce, con un tiramisù spaziale, ottimo e leggerissimo! Assolutamente da riprovare, un'eccellenza in zona! Elegant and welcoming restaurant. To follow the first courses: an exceptional carbonara, seeing is believing, nothing to envy to the best restaurants of Roman cuisine! Ravioli filled with pumpkin and porcini mushrooms on pecorino cheese fondue and speck of infinite delicacy. To be left speechless! Finally, the dessert, with a spatial tiramisu, excellent and very light! Absolutely to try again, an excellence in the area!
