Il pc ha un certificato Windows 7 Professional e dal primo avvio ho trovato invece una Home Edition. Quando sono andata a fare la deframmentazione dell'hard disk ho visto che l'ultima data di deframmentazione era antecedente alla data d'acquisto.
I believe I have been scammed.
The pc has a Windows 7 Professional certificate and from the first start I found a Home Edition instead. When I went to defragment the hard drive I saw that the last defragmentation date was before the purchase date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da EVITARE.....personale scortese, maleducato e forse anche poco competente; dopo una mia domanda mi sono sentito rispondere " --Lei non ci capisce niente , mi fa perdere solo tempo----" !! non tutti siamo tecnici o esperti informatici. Poi se non si sta stare al pubblico questi sono i risultati.
Absolutely to AVOID ..... unfriendly, rude and perhaps even not very competent staff; after a question from me I was answered "--She doesn't understand anything, she just wastes my time ----" !! not all of us are technicians or IT experts. Then if you are not being in the public these are the results.
