★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto un problema con Outlook che non caricava il mio server si posta elettronica. Devo dire che il signor Edoardo si è speso moltissimo per cercare di risolvere il problema, lavorandoci per quasi un'ora con una spesa più che onesta.

Perdita di tempo sì, quella di non aver portato prima il PC a E. L. Computer.
Sono arrivato con la prospettiva di dover cambiare una scheda madre ad un laptop da gaming e spendere dai 600 in su. In una giornata di lavoro ha trovato il problema e l'ha risolto. Arrivato a riprendere il computer si è presentato un altro problema che impediva la corretta funzionalità, due giorni di lavoro dopo ed il computer ha ripreso a funzionare perfettamente e a girare più velocemente di prima. Nel mio caso sono stati sostituiti i pad termici e la pasta termica con una pulizia generale per togliere polvere e sudicio entrato nel corso dell'utilizzo.
Il tecnico precedente avrebbe voluto sostituire la scheda madre, quando bastava rimuovere una plastica che dava un corto.

Consigliatissimo.

I came with the prospect of having to swap a motherboard on a gaming laptop and spend 600+. In a day's work he found the problem and solved it. When I got to resume the computer, another problem occurred that prevented the correct functionality, two days of work later and the computer started working perfectly and running faster than before. In my case, the thermal pads and the thermal paste were replaced with a general cleaning to remove dust and dirt that entered during use.
The previous technician would have liked to replace the motherboard, when it was enough to remove a plastic that gave a short.
In one word:
Highly recommended.
