★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato a riparare il mio smartphone a gennaio e l'hanno tenuto 3 mesi in riparazione senza darmi almeno un'altro cellulare sostitutivo. Come se non bastasse al momento del ritiro del cellulare dovevo pagare la bellezza di 170€ e avevo chiesto se per favore potevo pagare la somma in almeno 2 rate visto che erano passati 3 mesi da quando l'avevo portato e la mia situazione economica era cambiata...mi hanno risposto di no. Ovviamente il mio cellulare è ancora li. Credo proprio che non mi servirò più da loro.
I took my smartphone to repair in January and they kept it 3 months in repair without giving me at least one more replacement cell phone. As if that wasn't enough when I collected my cell phone I had to pay the beauty of 170 € and I asked if I could please pay the sum in at least 2 installments since it had been 3 months since I had brought it and my economic situation had changed ... they said no. Obviously my cell phone is still there. I really don't think I'll be using them anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravi e competenti. Mi sono trovato molto bene, velocissimi a riparare tutto e sopratutto gentili e pazienti. Per chi avesse bisogno di aiuto o di assistenza a casa come me, non potrebbe trovare di meglio!
Ho comprato anche uno smartphone da loro, al prezzo più basso anche dei grandi magazzini.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca esperienza nei rapporti con il cliente, scarsa precisione nei preventivi e scarse giustificazioni su tariffe cambiate ed applicate dopo il lavoro già preventivato. Nessun benefit concesso anche per i clienti più affezionati, si fanno pagare profumatamente anche per semplici domande fatte al banco, confondendo la cortesia verso il cliente che chiede consiglio con vere e proprie consulenze. Dato che nn hanno interesse ad investire sul cliente, vediamo quanti ne son disposti a perdere con questo atteggiamento altezzoso. Davide

No benefits also granted to the most loyal customers, they are paid handsomely even for simple questions asked at the desk, confusing courtesy to the customer who seeks advice with real advice.
