★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente non credevo che vendere un computer fosse diventata una scocciatura, atteggiamento poco carino e per niente cordiale, inoltre mentre aspettavo fuori per le regole covid, entra una persona che minimamente viene all'ondata com'era stato fatto con me ma viene servita subito e anche quando entro nessuno dei due mi chiede scusa o mi spiega perché lui si ed io no.
Mai più, sconsigliato
I honestly did not believe that selling a computer had become a nuisance, not very nice attitude and not at all friendly, also while I was waiting outside for the covid rules, a person enters who is in the slightest wave as it was done with me but is served immediately and even when I enter neither of them apologizes to me or explains why he does and I don't.
Never again, not recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato un MacBook del 2010 che non si avviava... Lo hanno smontato, hanno provato e riprovato e sono stati in grado di fornirmi una diagnosi... Purtroppo non c'è stato niente fare.. Mi hanno sconsigliato la riparazione... Non si trovano più i pezzi nuovi ed inoltre i costi avrebbero superato di gran lunga il valore del portatile..
Ah sapete quanto mi é costato tutto sto servizio???
Nulla !!!!! Non hanno voluto niente dicendomi che il preventivo era gratuito!!!
Son rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso... Il prossimo computer lo compro da loro... Senza alcun dubbio!!!
I brought a 2010 MacBook that wouldn't start ... They took it apart, tried and tried again and were able to give me a diagnosis ... Unfortunately there was nothing they could do .. They advised me not to repair .. .New parts are no longer found and also the costs would have far exceeded the value of the laptop.
Ah do you know how much all this service cost me ???
Nothing !!!!! They didn't want anything telling me that the quote was free !!!
I was pleasantly surprised ... I buy the next computer from them ... Without a doubt !!!
