Ci sono tecnici e tecnici, disponibile e gentile è riuscito a risolvere un super problema aiutandomi a sfruttare finalmente le potenzialità del mio portatile, rendendo il suo utilizzo veloce e alla mia portata, non tutti riescono a spiegarti in gergo non tecnico il loro lavoro, lui con un paio di esempi mi ha fatto capire dove stava il problema e quale fosse il modo che avrebbe utilizzato per risolverlo. Gentilezza e competenza. Consiglio vivamente.
