★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pessimo servizio, per fortuna sono una persona mediamente sana, oggi dopo due anni ho avuto bisogno del mio medico di base e ho scoperto dopo un ora di attesa che è in pensione da un anno. NESSUNO MI HA AVVISATOOOOOOOO, i miei dati li anno perchè quotidianamente mi scrivono per invitarmi a scaricare un app inutile.....
Ma si può lavorare così, che cavolo di servizio è, io oggi non sò che è il mio medico, su che base è stato scelto e da chi......
mamma via che organizzazione del cavolo....Poi ci chiediamo del perchè di tante cose

Ha trattato mia moglie oncologica con grande superficialità e disinteresse nonostante una situazione molto particolare che poteva essere risolta in un secondo con la prescrizione di un farmaco in continuità di trattamento. Un supporto davvero vergognoso!
Haughty, pedantic and arrogant doctor, I don't know who he is (French name I can't repeat)
He treated my cancer wife with great superficiality and disinterest despite a very particular situation that could be solved in a second with the prescription of a drug in continuity of treatment. A truly disgraceful support!

POI LA GENTE MUORE DI COVID E VI CHIEDETE IL PERCHÉ, ZERO ASSISTENZA! ZERO RISPOSTE! DOPO 2 ANNI LA SOLITA STORIA! SIETE UNA VERGOGNA, LO FARÒ SAPERE A TUTTI. VERGOGNA
I am positive on the test, I have called their number 116117 all day and it is disconnected, busy, NO ANSWER.
THEN PEOPLE DIE OF COVID AND YOU WONDER WHY, ZERO ASSISTANCE! ZERO FEEDBACK! AFTER 2 YEARS THE USUAL STORY! YOU ARE A SHAME, I WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW. SHAME

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono di Alzano, il mio medico va in pensione e non viene inviata alcuna comunicazione.
On line prendo unico sostituto possibile/ proposto che va in pensione il 31/12.
Sempre On line non ho possibilità di scegliere alcun medico nei tre paesi proposti (villa, Ranica e alzano) in quanto non presenti. Al telefono non risponde nessuno da due giorni, mattina e pomeriggio. Bravi, ottimo servizio al contribuente che rimane privo di medico.
I'm from Alzano, my doctor is retiring and no communication is sent.
On line I take the only possible / proposed replacement who retires on 31/12.
Always online I have no possibility to choose any doctor in the three proposed countries (villa, Ranica and alzano) as they are not present. No one has answered the phone for two days, morning and afternoon. Well done, excellent service to the taxpayer who remains without a doctor.
