★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi serve il green pass, questo servizio è inutile. Danno esito cartaceo tampone ma nessun caricamento sui portali governativi per scaricare il green pass. Inutili anche le chiamate successive per provare a risolvere.
If you need the green pass, this service is useless. They give a paper swab but no upload on government portals to download the green pass. Subsequent calls are also useless to try to resolve.

Prenotazione obbligatoria con distinzione di tipologia di tampone (giustamente) ma poi tutti in coda a caso e sperindio. 55 minuti di attesa.
1 persona a fare tamponi
1 persona a gestire tutto il resto.
Informazioni errate, dato che ho chiesto se avrebbero caricato gli esiti sulla piattaforma (risposta: sì).
Dato che ciò non succede chiamo (prossimo punto le telefonate) e mi dicono che: no, non lo fanno. Ma sta a noi occupare e.
Per contattarli sono serviti 57 telefonate e 2 giorni di pazienza.
A metà chiamata devono andare perché hanno gente.. Ma troveremo una soluzione (questo plurale a chi si riferisce?).
Il tutto a 100 euro a tampone + 2 di marca da bollo + il costo del parcheggio.
Perfetto.. Oltre che ladri anche indecenti ed inqualificabili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avevo gia usato il covid test point di Caselle in passato, senza problemi.. Purtroppo questa volta non è andata altrettanto liscia.
Con prenotazione effettuata 2 settimane prima, e anche arrivando con 30' di anticipo sull'orario dell'appuntamento, ho dovuto fare una coda coda di più di 3 ore.
Ho cosí perso il volo aereo (in aggiunta ai vari altri disagi causati e il tempo perso).
Preciso che il servizio è a pagamento.
Organizzazione inesistente, con coda non gestita di persone prenotate a orari diversi (e anche qualche non prenotato imbucato, che però veniva rifiutato), di persone con il volo in partenza e altre con il volo il giorno dopo, senza alcuna gestione delle priorità in base all'orario di prenotazione. Peraltro tutti ammassati in coda, senza distanze minime...
Comunicazione pessima (telefono staccato, nessun cartello).
Un solo membro del personale, gentilissimo ma purtroppo non poteva farci nulla.
ROBE DA PAZZI, ancora non riesco a crederci. Inaffidabile. Da evitare.

Moreover, all piled up in a queue, without minimum distances ...
Bad communication (phone off the hook, no sign).
Only one member of staff, very kind but unfortunately there was nothing he could do about it.
