Da subito mi hanno detto che non avevo un bel capello, una bella scalatura e che erano rovinatissimi, quando ero stata io la prima ad ammettere che i miei capelli non fossero in splendido stato dato che non andavo dalla parrucchiera da 5 anni. Chiesi di 'sistemare semplicemente il taglio' e di non eliminare troppo la lunghezza, mi fecero vedere che mi avrebbero eliminato giusto due dita. Mi hanno tagliato i capelli da sotto il seno fino alle spalle, senza chiedermi niente e stupendosi del fatto che non mi piacessero. Per di più non solo mi hanno tagliato più del triplo della lunghezza che avevo chiesto, ma alla fine non mi hanno nemmeno sistemato il taglio, ma solo tagliato la lunghezza . Io non tornerò sicuramente.
 I personally haven't had a good experience. It had been a long time since I went to a hairdresser and I immediately remembered why. They immediately told me that I didn't have a nice hair, a nice scaling and that they were very badly damaged, when I was the first to admit that my hair was not in splendid condition since I had not gone to the hairdresser for 5 years. I asked to 'just fix the cut' and not to cut off too much length, they showed me that they would just cut off two fingers. They cut my hair from under the breasts to the shoulders, without asking me anything and amazed that I didn't like it. What's more, they not only cut me more than triple the length I asked for, but in the end they didn't even fix the cut, they just cut the length. I will definitely not go back.
