F	Federico Piccoli on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pazzesco, ho provato a chiedere mi venisse rilasciato semplicemente un certificato di malattia per giustificare la sindrome influenzale da cui ero affetto, data l'impossibilità di incontrare il mio medico di base in quei giorni e mi viene risposto che assolutamente non rilasciano alcun tipo di certificato. Pochi giorni dopo, una volta incontrato finalmente il mio medico di base (ex Gardia Medica) smentisce categoricamente questa impossibilità. Crazy, I tried to ask for a certificate of disease to be issued to justify the flu syndrome I was suffering from, given the inability to meet my GP in those days and I am told that they absolutely do not issue any type of certificate . A few days later, once I finally met my general practitioner (ex Gardia Medica) he categorically denied this impossibility.

Mi sono rivolto al servizio di continuità data la mancata reperibilità del medico di famiglia fuori dell'orario. Ho esposto il problema al dott, ma lui mi ha risposto di pulirmi l'orecchio. Avevo avvisato che avevo tanti altri problemi e avevo bisogno di una visita specialistica immediata anche perché la notte non riposo piu a causa del continuo fischio. Chiedevo solo di essere visitato, almeno la pressione. Mi è stato proposto di cambiare medico curante di rivolgermi a lui domattina nel suo ambulatorio o in alternativa andare al pronto soccorso. Ho quasi il dubbio di aver trovato un medico. Per me questa è omissione di soccorso. 23/01/19 I went for an internal ear pain accompanied by a continuous whistling. I contacted the continuity service due to the lack of availability of the family doctor out of hours. I exposed the problem to Dr., but he told me to clean my ear. I had warned that I had many other problems and I needed an immediate specialist visit also because I no longer rest at night due to the constant whistling. I was just asking to be seen, at least the pressure. It was suggested that I change the attending physician to go to him tomorrow morning in his clinic or alternatively go to the emergency room. I almost doubt that I have found a doctor. For me this is wrongdoing.

E	Enrico Zorzin on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mia moglie dopo aver telefonato più volte e non aver ricevuto risposta ha deciso di recarsi direttamente alla postazione con mia figlia che presenta un dolore all'orecchio destro. L'esito è stato che il gentilissimo dottore non ha aperto perché : 1) non aveva telefonato??; 2) perché domani c'è il pediatra?? ; 3) perché aveva un urgenza esterna ed eventualmente di tornare dopo un ora; Una volta tornata a casa ( 20 min dopo ) ha richiamato ed il dottore in uscita esterna ha risposto al fisso ???. Non ha voluto dare il suo nome ( no comment ) detto ciò io non so se è stressato, stanco, sottopagato ecc penso che la professione di medico non è un esercizio commerciale ma una missione perciò se non lo vuoi fare vai a fare altro, se chi dirige non riescie a gestire deve fare altro altrimenti togliete il servizio che peraltro paghiamo ! My wife, after having called several times and received no answer, decided to go directly to the station with my daughter who has a pain in her right ear. The result was that the very kind doctor did not open because: 1) he had not phoned??; 2) because tomorrow there is the pediatrician??; 3) because he had an external urgency and eventually to come back after an hour; Once back home (20 min later) he called and the outgoing doctor answered the fixed ???. He did not want to give his name (no comment) said that I do not know if he is stressed, tired, underpaid etc. I think that the profession of doctor is not a commercial activity but a mission so if you do not want to do go to do something else, if who directs can not manage must do otherwise or remove the service that we pay for!

In ogni caso ho chiamato di sabato sera per un’emergenza seria, il medico ha risposto subito, è stato gentile, ha trovato il mio libretto sanitario nel database e mi ha detto di recarmi di persona lì per una visita. Sono arrivata all’orario stabilito (sabato alle 20:30) e il medico mi ha ricevuto subito, tutto si è risolto bene ed in fretta. Sarei assolutamente tranquilla se dovessi chiamare di nuovo in futuro. I don't understand all the negative reviews, maybe I was lucky enough to find better staff. In any case, I called on a Saturday evening for a serious emergency, the doctor answered immediately, was polite, found my health card in the database and told me to go there in person for a visit. I arrived at the appointed time (Saturday at 20:30) and the doctor received me immediately, everything was resolved quickly and well. I would be absolutely calm if I need to call again in the future.
S	Sara Sabbatini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia dottoressa, essendo prefestivo (poi qualcuno mi spiegherà perché il medico di base non lavora il prefestivo) mi dice di rivolgermi alla Guardia Medica. Credo un'udienza col Papa sia più semplice da ottenere che mettersi in contatto con questo servizio. Questa Ulss è pietosa, in certi paesi del terzo mondo hanno un'assistenza medica migliore. My doctor, being the day before a holiday (then someone will explain to me why the general practitioner does not work the day before holidays) tells me to contact the Medical Guard. I believe an audience with the Pope is easier to obtain than to contact this service. This Ulss is pitiful, in some third world countries they have better medical care.
