Nelle strutture accreditate rispondo sempre e subito. In privato dovrebbe essere almeno così....peccato

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fatto il tampone lunedì a mia figlia. A pagamento anticipato. Oggi venerdì non si sa ancora nulla. È inutile dire che lavorate per noi e che c'è molta richiesta quando altri ambulatori danno la risposta in due giorni. Se volete offrire un servizio a pagamento fate almeno in modo di farlo bene e con rispetto del cliente.

Bene nonostante come studio privato, al momento del pagamento garantivano il risultato entro i 3 giorni lavorativi, non è stato così. Ma secondo voi se io pago privatamente un servizio che non viene eseguito nei tempi previsti.......come potrei dare un feedback positivo. 1stella è già troppo
I did the paid COVID-19 swab to have a safe result within a certain number of days. Well although as a private studio, at the time of payment they guaranteed the result within 3 working days, this was not the case. But in your opinion if I pay privately for a service that does not run on schedule ....... how could I give positive feedback. 1stella is already too much

In famiglia ci siamo trovati tutti molto bene per analisi, test allergici e nutrizione. La dottoressa Elisabetta Stella, biologa nutrizionista, è gentile , paziente e preparatissima, malgrado la mia tiroidite autoimmune con la sua guida ho perso 14 kg ed ho imparato a mangiare in modo sano!!! Grande obbiettivo!!!

In the family we all got on very well for analysis, allergy tests and nutrition. Doctor Elisabetta Stella, nutritionist biologist, is kind, patient and very well prepared, despite my autoimmune thyroiditis with her guide I lost 14 kg and I learned to eat healthily !!! Great goal !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Centro molto carino e il personale veramente gentile e cordiale. Peccato per la nutrizionista , pessima esperienza. Indisponibile, sbrigativa e impreparata a gestire una dieta diversa da quelle ordinarie. Quando ho ricevuto il piano alimentare le ho chiesto la ragione per la quale non avesse inserito gli alimenti e gli integratori di cui avevamo parlato durante la visita e come mai mi avesse mandato una tabella di riferimento generale contenente praticamente tutti gli alimenti che non consumo per ragioni di salute. In tutta risposta ha replicato sostenendo che il piano l’avrebbe modificato solo dopo il mese. Ho disdetto l’appuntamento successivo perché avrei buttato solo altri soldi. Ho anche chiesto se ci fosse un’altra nutrizionista ma purtroppo è l’unica. Esperienza da non ripetere.

When I received the meal plan I asked her why she had not included the foods and supplements we talked about during the visit and why she had sent me a general reference table containing practically all the foods that I do not consume for reasons of health. In response, he replied, claiming that the plan would change it only after the month. I canceled the next appointment because I would only have wasted more money. I also asked if there was another nutritionist but unfortunately she is the only one. Experience not to be repeated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che il personale è veramente tanto gentile e tanto bravo nell’accoglienza del pubblico. Però purtroppo io, che ho il terrore degli aghi, per ben due volte consecutive mi sono trovata a dover rifare il prelievo perché l’infermiera ha visto comparire a monitor successivamente altre provette da dover eseguire, quindi sono arrivata in ritardo al lavoro anche la seconda volta, E I risultati degli esami sono inficiati dal doppio stress da prelievo. Questo pare per una scarsa copertura di rete Internet. Però per due volte di fila dopo tre mesi non è ammissibile, avendo anche avvertito prima del prelievo l’infermiera di accertarsi bene che le proveTte fossero Giuste.
