Ero entrato per ricompare un telecomando per il cancello perché quello vecchio non funzionava più.
Il signore che mi ha servito lo ha aperto ed ha capito subito che il frequenzimetro si era starato.
Con molta pazienza lo ha sistemato e me lo ha riconsegnato.
Quando gli ho chiesto quanto fosse pet il suo disturbo, mi ha risposto niente.
Aggiungendo che per qualsiasi problema potevo tornare tranquillamente.
Consiglio vivamente.

I went in to see a remote control for the gate reappear because the old one no longer worked.
The gentleman who served me opened it and immediately understood that the frequency meter was out of order.
With great patience he fixed it and gave it back to me.
When I asked him how much his ailment was, he said no.
Adding that for any problem I could return safely.
I highly recommend.

Subito ho notato la loro professionalità e esperienza! Faccio richiesta di riparazione del mio cancello automatico ormai vecchiotto e dopo vari consigli decido di sostituire il mio cancello con l'installazione di uno nuovo! Il tutto è avvenuto in tempi molto brevi! Davvero un'azienda serissima! Consiglio vivamente
I learned about FAAC Service One through Google. I was looking for a company that would provide assistance and sales of FAAC products in the city of Rome and I found them! I immediately noticed their professionalism and experience! I ask for repairs to my old automatic gate and after various suggestions I decide to replace my gate with the installation of a new one! Il massimo prezzo rilevato su internet per i ricambi era di 71 euro iva inclusa.
Inutile dire che hanno preso quella soglia massima di prezzo come addebito.
Per farla breve ho speso 190 euro, fate il calcolo voi sul carico di manodopera e traetene le conclusioni.
Nel mio caso era un’ emergenza, le recensioni splendide su Facebook mi hanno lasciato basito.
Evitateli!!

It goes without saying that they took that maximum price threshold as a charge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho inizialmente pensato di contattare il titolare di SERVICE ONE, Luciano Pallante, per avere consigli su come modificare il senso di apertura del mio cancello: nonostante la mia richiesta non avesse un diretto interesse commerciale per il mio interlocutore ho avuto attenzione e preziosi consigli.
Ulteriori riflessioni e confronti con la persona sopraindicata sulla soluzione da adottare mi hanno indotto a dare incarico a Service One di procedere alla sostituzione completa del cancello con adozione del sistema di motorizzazione FAAC 2500i: la fornitura e l’installazione del sistema sono stati semplicemente impeccabili! Grazie!
I initially thought of contacting the SERVICE ONE owner, Luciano Pallante, for advice on how to change the opening direction of my gate: despite my request having no direct commercial interest for my interlocutor, I received attention and valuable advice.
Further reflections and discussions with the aforementioned person on the solution to be adopted led me to entrust Service One with the complete replacement of the gate with the adoption of the FAAC 2500i motorization system: the supply and installation of the system were simply impeccable! Thank you!
