★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hanno componenti per tutti gli orologi anche quelli datati, ma con la scusa di avere pezzi unici li fanno pagare un occhio della testa, spesso superando anche del doppio il valore stesso dell'orologio! Prima volta quasi sembravano onesti, 12 euro per un'ancora senza montaggio. Il giorno dopo, cioè oggi, 50 euro per 2 bottoncini di un vecchio citizen, non erano d'oro e neanche placcati, per di più nonostante non servisse neanche smontarlo, il solo preventivo mi è costato ben 10 euro; un bilanciere per un vecchio seiko 35 euro Escluso montaggio! l'orologio con quel movimento si trova a 15 euro funzionante! Per cambiare le pile a dei classici quartz ti costa 5 euro ma non aspettatevi una renata come batteria!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cercavo un centro assistenza Lucien Rochat e consultando il web ho appreso che Albertelli effettua l’assitenza degli orologi di questa azienda. Ho quindi portato un Lucien Rochat grand complication per montare due cavalieri che mancavano e per effettuare la revisione.
Premetto che l’orologio era funzionante.
Alcuni giorni dopo mi sono accorto che le fasi lunari erano completamente sfasate così come la lancetta delle 24 ore . Non avendo il tempo di recarmi di nuovo da questo centro assistenza ho lasciato perdere.
Personale non particolarmente gentile e prezzi molto elevati.
In definitiva esperienza nel complesso negativa.
I was looking for a Lucien Rochat service center and by consulting the web I learned that Albertelli provides assistance for the watches of this company. I then brought a Lucien Rochat grand complication to mount two missing riders and to carry out the overhaul.
I state that the clock was working.
A few days later I realized that the moon phases were completely out of phase as well as the 24 hour hand. Not having the time to go to this service center again I gave up.
Not particularly nice staff and very high prices.
Ultimately negative overall experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 160€ di preventivo per un Citizen eco drive fermo. Ho rifiutato pagando i 10€ dovuti e sono tornato a casa a cambiarmi da solo la batteria. Sono 6 mesi che l'orologio funziona senza problemi. Andateci solo se non avete alternative!
€ 160 quote for a stationary Citizen eco drive. I refused by paying the € 10 due and I went home to change the battery myself. The clock has been running smoothly for 6 months. Go there only if you have no alternative!

L'operatore è stato velocissimo e l'addetto alla cassa sì è dimostrato disponibile e cordiale. Onesto anche il costo dell'intervento. Esperienza assolutamente positiva, ci tornerò ?
Generous workshop and watch shop. I went to fit the strap of a rather complicated wooden wristwatch to handle. The operator was very fast and the cashier was helpful and friendly. The cost of the intervention is also honest. Absolutely positive experience, I'll be back ?

Prezzi esageratamente alti, tempi lunghissimi per un preventivo (che tra l'altro fanno pagare 10 euro).
Pessima esperienza in generale, come scrivono tutti gli altri del resto.
Lo dico da possessore di molteplici orologi e li conosco tutti gli orologiai a Bologna.
Ne ho fatti riparare - revisionare tantissimi e di tutti i tipi.
Non mi sono mai trovato male come con questo laboratorio di orologeria.
