Lavori fatti male, componenti sbagliati e mai sostituiti, ritardi nelle consegne, operai irreperibili, il titolare di un'arroganza indescrivibile. Ho dovuto pagare un avvocato solo per avere il certificato di risparmio energetico che mi veniva negato perché non avevo ancora dato il saldo di 500€ (su 5000 già pagati e semplicemente perché il saldo si paga a fine lavori e c'erano ancora tante cose da sistemare e sto ancora aspettando che mi chiamino per concludere i lavori) I put 1 star because less can't be done and I'm sorry I didn't put the review 3 years ago when I came across these characters and perhaps I could have saved other unfortunate people who trusted this company of thieves. Badly done work, wrong and never replaced components, delays in deliveries, unavailable workers, the owner of an indescribable arrogance. I had to pay a lawyer only to have the energy saving certificate that was denied me because I had not yet given the balance of € 500 (out of 5000 already paid and simply because the balance is paid at the end of the work and there were still many things to fix and I'm still waiting for them to call me to finish the work)

Risposta "beh il portone e' montato" ..per farvi un idea ..ho pagato a Febbraio 2018.. 1° fase di montaggio fine Giugno 2018 (cornici perse non si sa dove) 2° fase di montaggio Settembre 2018 tra l'altro la cornice e' stata tagliata malissimo ,dopo aver disdetto lavori gia' preventivati per gli infissi esterni 3000 euro circa ,nuovamente il proprietario alla mia domanda ma lei davvero mi lascia questo schifo? risponde "siamo nel settore da 12 anni e la clientela non manca, anzi!, nessuno mi ha mai chiesto di riprendere la parete, noi montiamo solo i portoni!!!! il resto e' responsabilità del cliente!!"...fatevi un idea e meditate ,...io ho fatto vedere questo capolavoro di maestranze a diversi concorrenti che dopo le risate generali, mi hanno spiegato bene come gia' fosse conosciuto nell'ambiente! SFORTUNA MIA CHE CI SONO CADUTO .....tra l'altro la nuova ditta che montera' gli infissi esterni ..(3000 euro sui quali il presuntuoso titolare di infissi ercolani ha letteralmente sputato) , gratuitamente mettera' in ordine questo disastro! ....è anche stato dato un nome a questo capolavoro dell'artista Ercolani ....PORTONE IN PARETE NON RIPRESA..chissa' che quelli del LOUVRE non mi chiedano la vendita.
