★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato testimone di una scena a dir poco spiacevole. La dipendente del centro meriterebbe un licenziamento in tronco. Ero andato per fare una sostituzione di un vetro non in garanzia ma mi sono ben riguardato dal lasciare loro il mio telefono, uscendo e rivolgendomi altrove.
I witnessed an unpleasant scene to say the least. The employee of the center deserves an instant dismissal. I went for an out-of-warranty glass replacement but took care of leaving my phone with them, going out and looking elsewhere.

Chiamo per la confema della riparazione. Trascorrono 40 giorni circa e ricevo altro sms sperando nella riparazione, invece no. Comunicano che per la riparazione ci vogliono 178 euro. Chiamo dicendo che il mio preventivo era di somma notevolmente inferiore, ma una signorina mi dice che quello era . Primo preventivo e che ora (dopo 40 giorni)è di 178,00euro e che se non accetto perdo la cauzione. Bella professionalità non c'è che dire cambiano orezzo come gli conviene e guadagnano la cauzione perche non riparo il telefono dove mi sento preso per il c...
Lo sconsiglio vivamente scarsa professionalità e lentezza. Ho regalato 30 euro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do una stella non potendo darle meno. Porto il telefono al centro, mi viene consegnato al costo di 15 euro un telefono muletto (Samsung S4) e fin qui tutto bene.
Per quindici giorni, tempo necessario alla "riparazione" convivo con il telefono muletto che non regge la batteria e si spegne ogni 5 minuti; poi finalmente quando arriva il messaggio che è pronto, vado e ...sorpresa.
Il telefono non è stato aggiustato perché è d'importazione.
Ma allora in questi 15 giorni cosa è stato fatto? potevate dirlo subito no?grazie per la perdita di tempo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho chiamato per chiedere se potevano togliere la batteria ad un Samsung Galaxy A10, mi è stato risposto che è una cosa impossibile io ho insistito sapendo che è possibile,basta smontarlo,la signorina mi ha risposto che è assurdo.ho contattato un altro negozio e un ora dopo avevo la batteria tolta.sarebbe bastato dire che non sono in grado di farlo, senza farmi passare per sciocca.
