★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato contattato dalla TIM per un rientro con il loro operatore cosa che ho effettuato firmando regolarmente il contratto e fornendo la fotocopia del documento. Dopo due giorni ho constatato che la SIM mi faceva effettuare chiamate solo verso il 119 mentre chiamando altri utenti entrava in funzione una voce automatica che mi suggeriva per la completa attivazione di recarmi in un centro TIM ove avrebbero provveduto loro all'inserimento dell'anagrafica cosa semplice e che non avrebbe portato via molto tempo. Recatomi da questo Centro TIM un addetto con modi alquanto discutibili mi negava l'operazione dicendo che fornivano assistenza solo a coloro che avevano preso la SIM da loro e non direttamente da TIM e se volevo questo inserimento anagrafico dovevo pagare!! (premetto che è TIM che mi ha cercato telefonicamente per la proposta e anche loro sono TIM!). Questo atteggiamento ostativo certamente danneggia l'immagine aziendale della Società da loro rappresentata portando il cliente a riconsiderare il rapporto di fiducia e commerciale nei confronti di TIM.
Ricontattato il 119 l'operatore ha segnalato per scritto la mia lamentela
confermandomi che avevo tutte le mie sacrosante ragioni. Per questo ho provveduto all'invio di una PEC a TIM nella quale riportavo l'accaduto. Credo che certe persone non sono adatte a rappresentare un gestore così importante...ho infine detto all'impiegato che avrei sporto un Legale Reclamo sentendomi rispondere che tanto a quelli di TIM non avrebbero fatto nulla! Bravo e complimenti... sicuramente nel suindicato negozio non mi servirò mai più!!! Mi auguro che i titolari prendano le dovute distanze dalle gratuite esternazioni del loro dipendente.
 I was contacted by TIM for a return with their operator, which I did by regularly signing the contract and providing a photocopy of the document. After two days I found that the SIM made me make calls only towards 119 while calling other users an automatic voice came into operation that suggested for the complete activation to go to a TIM center where they would enter the personal data. simple and that wouldn't take much time. When I went to this TIM Center an employee with somewhat questionable ways denied me the operation saying that they provided assistance only to those who had taken the SIM from them and not directly from TIM and if I wanted this registration I had to pay !! (I state that it is TIM who sought me by phone for the proposal and they are TIM too!). This hindering attitude certainly damages the corporate image of the Company they represent, leading the customer to reconsider the relationship of trust and business towards TIM.
The operator contacted 119 and reported my complaint in writing
confirming that I had all my sacrosanct reasons. This is why I sent a PEC to TIM in which I reported what had happened. I believe that some people are not suitable to represent such an important manager ... I finally told the employee that I would have filed a Legal Complaint, hearing the answer that both those of TIM would not have done anything! Bravo and congratulations ... certainly in the aforementioned shop I will never need it again !!! I hope that the owners take the necessary distance from the free speeches of their employee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No solving problem....il personale che lavora lì è spocchioso incompetente e maleducato un marchio come TIM dovrebbe scegliere bene i propri collaboratori e sopratutto formarli sulla cura del cliente
No solving problem .... the staff who work there are snooty, incompetent and rude a brand like TIM should choose its collaborators well and above all train them on customer care

Alessio in dieci minuti mi ha aiutato ad entrare in Tim con la portabilità del numero e mi ha dato chiare e precise indicazioni sui tempi, costi e operazioni da fare una volta passati a Tim. Ho potuto notare che i prezzi dei telefoni erano molto buoni. Il negozio, essendo in un centro commerciale, è molto facile da raggiungere.
Really efficient Tim center. In ten minutes Alessio helped me get into Tim with number portability and gave me clear and precise indications on the times, costs and operations to be done once passed to Tim. I could see that the prices of the phones were very good. The shop, being in a shopping center, is very easy to reach.

Sometimes a simple "I don't know" is more productive than misinformation. And luckily I only wasted 10 euros. Staff unprepared and unable to solve a problem
