Servito con gentilezza e disponibilità dalla sig.ra Y.S. che una volta scelto l'anello mi rassicurava nonostante a me non entrasse che la misura sarebbe andata bene poiché la conformazione delle ossa maschile è differente. Morale momento importante completamente rovinato in quanto l'anello venduto era addirittura 3 misure più piccolo e chiamato il negozio mi è stato detto che avrei dovuto riportare l'anello che doveva essere spedito a sua volta ai laboratori etc..con tempi biblici. Quindi mi sono dovuto rivolgere ad un orafo locale per non prolungare l'agonia con esborso economico in quanto allargare di 3 misure comporta aggiunta di oro. Mancanza completa di professionalità e solo obiettivo di vendere a prescindere dalla competenza e servizio. Un'occasione così importante rovinata causando delusione ed amarezza. Pessimo. Moral important moment completely ruined because the ring sold was even 3 smaller sizes and called the store I was told that I should bring back the ring that was to be sent in turn to the laboratories etc..with biblical times. So I had to turn to a local goldsmith to avoid prolonging the agony with economic disbursement because to enlarge by 3 measures involves the addition of gold. Complete lack of professionalism and only goal to sell regardless of competence and service. Such an important occasion ruined causing disappointment and bitterness. Very bad.

Nel senso che si da un occhiata alle vetrine anche se non si è direttamente interessati ad un acquisto. Merito sicuramente dell'ordine, della pulizia e della professionalità del personale. Oltre ad alcuni brand famosi, o comunque conosciuti, Stroili ora è esso stesso un marchio per gioielli orologi etc. Prezzi buoni, buona scelta e buona qualità. Si va sul sicuro.
