★ ★ ★ ★ ★ la signora che ci ha accolto senza ascoltare le nostre esigenze continuava a dire che aveva solo prodotti “ costosi” come se lei pensasse che davanti aveva dei poveracci... non si devono mai avere pregiudizi sul cliente, avrei speso anche bei soldi per un buon materasso e un buon letto ma non ho trovato la signora a mio parere mtl professionale
 the lady who welcomed us without listening to our needs kept saying that she only had "expensive" products as if she thought that she had poor people in front ... you should never have prejudices about the customer, I would have also spent good money for a good good mattress and bed but i did not find the lady in my professional mtl opinion
