A	Alan Roma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - 18 gennaio: letto ordinato; - 20 febbraio: ci avvisano che la consegna è prevista per il 7 marzo; - 6 marzo: mi chiamano dicendo che la consegna è annullata perchè hanno dimenticato la rete in magazzino (la sera prima della consegna!!!!!!!!!!). PREMESSO - che avevamo buttato il vecchio letto per liberare la stanza, dunque io e la mia compagna siamo costretti a dormire dai nostri genitori; - che la mia compagna è INCINTA all'ottavo mese (!!!!!); - propongono di prestarci una rete ed un materasso standard, che ovviamente rifiutiamo; - ci promettono di richiamarci a breve per farci sapere quando riconsegneranno il tutto, ma dopo una settimana dalla data di consegna (mancata) nessuno si è fatto sentire. Se la mia compagna (INCINTA) dovesse subire danni preparatevi ad una denuncia penale che ricorderete per tutta la vita! NON MERITANO SOLDI E NON SONO DEGNI DI ESSERE DEFINITI COMMERCIANTI! - January 18: bed ordered; - February 20: we are informed that delivery is scheduled for March 7; - March 6: they call me saying that the delivery is canceled because they have forgotten the network in the warehouse (the evening before delivery !!!!!!!!!!). WHEREAS - that we had thrown the old bed to free the room, so my partner and I are forced to sleep by our parents; - that my partner is PREGNANT at the eighth month (!!!!!); - propose to lend us a standard net and mattress, which we obviously refuse; - they promise to call us back shortly to let us know when they will return the whole thing, but after a week from the delivery date (failure) no one has been heard. La venditrice non è stata in grado di trovare sul catalogo le dimensioni della seduta più confacente alle mie esigenze,anzi anche un pochino infastidita dal dover misurare quelle in mostra. Al momento di elaborare un preventivo per poi passare all'ordine si è messa a rispondere a delle e mail relative ad un altro ordine mentre il sottoscritto non riusciva a portare a buon fine l'acquisto ed attendeva che riprendesse la vendita. Sono passati buoni 10 minuti mentre lei a voce alta scriveva le risposte e non si andava avanti. Ad un certo punto le chiedo i tempi e mi risponde 4 settimane e ne propone un altra ma ancora continuava a scrivere e mail . Alla mia battuta che la avrei cercata da un altra parte mi ha risposto secca va bene arrivederci! Voglia di vendere zero !
