★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appena sotto la capanna Gigliola, parte a monte il sentiero per il Poggio S. Elsa con l’arrivo della funivia fa Laveno. Proseguendo si arriva alla vetta del Sasso del Ferro con una magnifica vista. Da qui partono vari sentieri ( per Poggio Vararo, per i Mulini di Cittiglio)
Muovendo dal Magone, questa antica via risale le pendici boscose del monte e attraverso il sentiero del Termine raggiunge il pizzo dell’ Orsera /Pinzùc de Runzela( ora Poggio S. Elsa). Il pizzo si chiamava così in quanto anticamente qui si trovavano orsi.
 Just below the Gigliola hut, the path to Poggio S. Elsa starts upstream with the arrival of the Fa Laveno cable car. Continuing we arrive at the summit of the Sasso del Ferro with a magnificent view. Various paths start from here (for Poggio Vararo, for the Mills of Cittiglio)
Moving from the Magone, this ancient road climbs the wooded slopes of the mountain and through the Termine path reaches the Pizzo dell 'Orsera / Pinzùc de Runzela (now Poggio S. Elsa). The lace was so called because in ancient times there were bears here.
