★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il tempo di percorrenza del sentiero è di circa due ore per una lunghezza di circa cinque Km. Tutto il tratto è segnalato da una traccia giallo-verde (Anulare Valcuviano); Partendo dalle Casere, seguendo una piccola strada di bosco s’intraprende un sentiero in salita che porta al Passo Barbè. Giunti in cima si può ammirare uno splendido paesaggio da entrambi i versanti, con un percorso di saliscendi fino al Monte Teggia, punto di massima altezza (1103 m. sopra il livello del mare). La fine del percorso conduce al Passo Cuvignone.Attraverso questo panoramico sentiero è possibile osservare Lepri, Scoiattoli, Volpi e uccelli rapaci e se si è fortunati la sera o la mattina presto ci si può imbattere in Cervi o Mufloni. Lungo il tragitto si possono scorgere molte specie botaniche come la Betulla, la Ginestra, il Nocciolo, il Ginepro, la Scilla, la Genzianella e l’Achillea. In località Casere e Vararo ci sono punti di ristoro dove è possibile trovare posteggi per le auto. Interessante è il vecchio nucleo abitativo di Vararo, tipico paesino di montagna dove l’architettura originale è rimasta pressoché intatta.
 The walking time of the path is about two hours for a length of about five km. The whole stretch is marked by a yellow-green track (Anulare Valcuviano); Starting from the Casere, following a small forest road, an uphill path takes you to Passo Barbè. When you reach the top you can admire a splendid landscape from both sides, with a path of ups and downs up to Monte Teggia, the point of maximum height (1103 m. Above the sea level). The end of the path leads to the Cuvignone Pass. Through this panoramic path it is possible to observe Hares, Squirrels, Foxes and birds of prey and if you are lucky in the evening or early in the morning you can come across Deers or Mouflons. Along the way, you can see many botanical species such as Birch, Broom, Hazel, Juniper, Scilla, Gentianella and Achillea. In Casere and Vararo there are refreshment points where it is possible to find parking spaces for cars. The old residential area of Vararo is interesting, a typical mountain village where the original architecture has remained almost intact.
