★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ci tengo a lasciare una recensione positiva anche se lo faccio con molto ritardo. Io e mio marito abbiamo noleggiato un auto per due settimane all'inizio di luglio 2018. Prima di fare la prenotazione ho fatto tanti preventivi online e ho anche letto tante recensioni sulle compagnie di noleggio operative all'aeroporto di Palermo. Ebbene dopo aver letto su tripadvisor cosa era capitato a tanti turisti che avevano noleggiato un auto all'aeroporto di Palermo, ero terrorizzata. Ne ho parlato con mia cognata la cui famiglia e' originaria di Monforte e che ogni anno torna in Sicilia. Lei mi ha detto che quando lei o mio nipote vanno in Sicilia si affidano sempre alla società Semida sia quando arrivano a Messina sia quando arrivano all'aeroporto di Catania e che non hanno mai avuto brutte sorprese. Ho quindi cercato su Internet questo autonoleggio e ho visto che c'era una sede anche a Palermo. Il preventivo era buono e devo dire che tutti i passaggi successivi, prenotazione, appuntamento all'aeroporto, trasferimento alla loro sede con navetta gratuita, ritiro dell'auto, riconsegna dell'auto e riaccompagnamento all'aeroporto per la partenza, si sono svolti senza intoppi e con l'assistenza di un giovane collaboratore della società molto gentile ed efficiente. Insomma una fonte di tranquillità. Questa recensione spero possa essere utile a chi come me vuole andare sul sicuro spendendo il giusto.

I talked about it with my sister-in-law whose family is originally from Monforte and who returns to Sicily every year. She told me that when she or my nephew go to Sicily they always rely on the Semida company both when they arrive in Messina and when they arrive at Catania airport and that they have never had any bad surprises. I then searched the Internet for this car rental and saw that there was also a branch in Palermo. The quote was good and I must say that all the subsequent steps, booking, appointment at the airport, transfer to their headquarters with free shuttle, collection of the car, return of the car and return to the airport for departure, took place without smoothly and with the assistance of a very kind and efficient young employee of the company.
