Questo è il guadagno nel esser passati con una azienda del Comune di Napoli. Ho dato 1 stella perché 0 non c'è. Servizio inutile. Se avessero esposto un cartello avvisando l'utenza di questo mancato servizio non avremmo perso tempo..... I bollettini di c/c per il pagamento delle luci sulle tombe dei ns cari non sono ancora arrivati e quindi mi sono recata direttamente alla Selav, ma l'addetto allo sportello ha consigliato di far riferimento a quelli pagati in precedenza ricopiando tutti i riferimenti utili..... Senza sbagliare ovviamente... Non ho parole! No payments have been made at their branches for over a month. Agli uffici SELAV , dopo 1 ora di attesa in fila , l'impiegata dello sportello 1 mi tratta con assoluta mancanza di cortesia e non si sente tenuta a rispondere alle mie domande per chiarire la situazione. Inoltre l'azienda o chi per essa non mi ha inviato a casa bollettini di pagamento o avvisi di distacco luci come sarebbe stato logico. Servizio pessimo. I dirigenti dovrebbero fare gli opportuni richiami a impiegati incapaci e maleducati. On 3/11/17 I find the lights off the tombs of the family. È inutile chiamare al telefono, non ti risponderanno, devi andare agli sportelli anche se abiti il n altri luoghi e attendere per ore il tuo turno, e se poi chiedi spiegazioni su un servizio disatteso si sentì rispondere che "le lampadine di possono fulminare no?" A private but monopolistic company, the services it manages are paid but the customers are not in their thoughts. A	Antonio Ciao on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto gli stessi problemi degli altri dopo aver pagato non il servizio non è stato attivato ; ho inviato ( il 1/11/2017) una e-mail al servizio/segreteria clienti e sono ancora in attesa di una risposta. Il sevizio non funziona , gli strumenti di contatto non funzionano , il buco di Poggioreale è composto da persone ineducate . Mi chiedo perchè continuiamo ad alimentare questo carrozzone? Io vorrei pagare per le lampade votive e non abitando a Napoli ho chiesto di spedirmi i bollettini come avveniva con Votiva Flamma da anni. Ho comunicato tutti i recapiti ma zero risposte. E' aperto solo di mattina e questo costituisce una difficoltà in più per chiunque abbia impegni di lavoro. Inoltre è posto in una zona dove trovare un parcheggio per l'auto è molto complicato. Appare strano perché hanno contatti diversi dalle lampadine normali. Erano mesi che non andavo al cimitero............. The light was off because the bulb was missing.
