C	Carmine Sorrentino on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di solito non recensisco a seguito di esperienze negative ma in questo caso è d’obbligo una eccezione: non mi hanno fatto fare gli esami con il SSN e mi hanno fatto spendere 160 euro per farli privatamente perché a loro detta lo stato paga meno di quanto ricevono dal paziente, e dire che siamo clienti da più di 30 anni io e tutta la mia famiglia, ma non dovrebbe significare nulla perché questa è assistenza di base sanitaria. Sarebbe meglio togliere la convenzione con il SSN se poi non la rispettano. Siete delle iene. A pochi km c’è l’SDN, un centro serio. Andate li! Si genera confusione, affolamenti inutili in struttura e perdita di tempo dei clienti (e vostra!). Mi dispiace solo che il centro mi è comodo per la vicinanza. Really lack of professionalism: why put toll-free numbers of the structure that give information when these are then denied by the staff on site ?! It generates confusion, unnecessary crowding in the structure and waste of time for customers (and yours!). I'm only sorry that the center is convenient for me because of its proximity.

All'accettazione 3 sportelli con addette che perdono un sacco di tempo, ogni tanto si alzano e se ne vanno e la gente aspetta. Orari di prenotazione non rispettati. Qualcuno salta la fila e lo fanno entrare prima. Absolutely poor. Disorganized. È un'attesa lunga perché la struttura è priva di lettori ottici per le ricette che riportano le prescrizioni mediche contenute. Gli operatori sono costretti a riportare tutto manualmente. L'accesso alla sala viene consentito quindi per un max di 6 persone alla volta essendo il luogo angusto e privi di numeratore automatico.
