★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trattano la gente debole con arroganza e insistenza sfogando le loro personali repressioni e ansie del privato verso chi magari è in difficoltà perché ha perso il lavoro trattandolo come un ladro che ruba le offerte in chiesa......Assillando di telefonate tutto il tuo albero genealogico pur di impaurire il debitore di una sola rata da pagare con un ritardo di 15gg e portarlo all esasperazione al solo scopo di acaparrarsi la provvigione sulle spalle dello sventurato creditore......i classici leoni telefonici...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale scortese ineducato e arrogante ,fanno pressione umiliando le persone ,inoltre poco professionali dando informazioni non verificando se parlano con la persona giusta ,( ci sono le registrazioni ) inoltre si spacciano per dipendenti Compass, dopo questa pandemia il Dott. Carbone ne risponderà in altre sedi!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ personale altamente ineducato e mancanza di professionalità, con il loro modus operandi portano la gente all'esasperazione più totale , inoltre non si fanno scrupoli ad aggredire verbalmente soprattutto le fasce più deboli come anziani ecc.. ignorando di conseguenza la gravità di ciò potrebbe succedere al debitore impaurito o magari emotivo , il recupero dei crediti va fatto in tutt'altro modo e con professionalità cosa che purtroppo viene meno a questa s.r.l.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Si fingono i preposti per il recupero di somme dovute a finanziarie chiedendo una commissione (nel mio caso) del 15 %, quando invece (se si rientra in tempi adeguati) basta contattare la finanziaria e saldare il dovuto !! Sporgerò denuncia solo per il modo in cui l’operatore si è permesso di parlare con me... arroganza assoluta e non ha voluto dirmi il suo nome !!
