★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo corriere! Tra gls e UPS non so quale sia il peggiore....fanno finta di consegnare i pacchi. Sono 3 giorni che sono pianta in casa aspettando uno/due pacchi tralaltro importanti ma qui non passa nessuno; poi arriva la notifica di tentativo di consegna fallito. Certo che è fallito non viene nessuno!!! In tutto questo non è l'azienda che è pessima ma chi lavora per loro!! Vi prego portate il mio paccooo!!! E ci risiamo!! È dal 29 che aspetto che mi consegnino un pacco ma niente ✌️il 29 sono a casa, il 30 sono a casa, il 31 sono a casa, OGGI SONO A CASA ma non so a quale indirizzo vada il corriere che puntualmente arriva la notifica di tentativo di consegna fallito perché il cliente è assente!! Ohhhhhhhh ma avranno qualche problema visivo???? Adesso chiamo il venditore e annullo l'ordine ? basta mi sono stufata!!
 Bad courier! Between gls and UPS I don't know which is the worst .... they pretend to deliver the packages. I have been planting at home for 3 days waiting for one / two packages, but nobody goes by here; then comes the notification of failed delivery attempt. Of course it failed, nobody comes !!! In all this it is not the company that is bad but who works for them !! Please bring my parcel !!! And here we go again !! I have been waiting for a package to be delivered to me since the 29th but nothing ✌️ on the 29th I am at home, on the 30th I am at home, on the 31st I am at home, TODAY I AM AT HOME but I do not know to which address the courier goes who punctually arrives the notification of delivery attempt failed because the customer is absent !! Ohhhhhhhh but will they have some visual problems ???? Now I call the seller and cancel the order ? enough I'm bored !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non sanno lavorare, dicono di aver sollecitato la consegna ma ad oggi dopo più di una settimana ancora nulla.Chiamo l assitenza ma ovviamente non risponde mai nessuno... chiamerò il venditore per chiedere rimborso, meglio che non chiamo la sede di gls che spacco tutto. Proprietario della sede Milano duomo evita di scrivere invito a segnalarci tramite mail che non serve a nulla. Pessimo servizio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella jungla dei corrieri, trovo che Gls sono tra i meno peggio ! Vivo vicina ad un loro centro di smistamento e concordo sempre col il fattorino il "fermo deposito" per andare a ritirarlo io in sede ad orari apertura che sono molto flessibili.
(per pacchi in giacenza con corriere SDA di Poste, oltre a orari risicatissimi poi allo sportello bisogna sorbirsi altre ore di coda da "ufficio postale")
In the jungle of couriers, I find that Gls are among the least worst! I live near one of their sorting centers and I always agree with the delivery man the "free deposit" to go and collect it myself at the office at very flexible opening hours.
(for parcels in storage with the SDA courier of Poste, in addition to very tight timetables then at the counter you have to put up with other hours of queue at the "post office")
