★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L’indirizzo inserito era giusto ma il pacco non è stato recapitato per “indirizzo errato”. In più avevo dato a disposizione il mio numero di telefono ma il corriere non mi ha assolutamente chiamato per qualche chiarimento sull’indirizzo.
Chiamando la sede risponde solo una voce automatica e non c’è modo di parlare con una persona vera, alle email non rispondono… io non so più cosa fare, forse si vorranno tenere loro il mio pacco ahaha
(Mi fa piacere che abbiate risposto ad una recensione e non alle email e chiamate fatte per cercare di risolvere la questione, questo conferma ancora di più la mia opinione.. Comunque se per prassi non chiamate i destinatari che stanno aspettando a casa l’arrivo del pacco allora vi conviene non chiedere nemmeno il numero di telefono)

Spedizione in consegna il 5/01: alle 19 mi arriva sms per mancata consegna nonostante sia stato tutto il giorno a casa e nessuno sia venuto..
In piu nonostante aveste il mio numero di cellulare non ho ricevuto nemmeno una chiamata.
Giorno 6/01 solita cosa.
Va bene che c'è il covid ma mica si può stare a casa piantonati per sperare di ricevere un pacco?!
Dovrebbero chiamarvi .."La speranza"

Shipping on 5/01: at 7 pm I get sms for non-delivery despite having been at home all day and no one has come ..
Plus, despite having my mobile number, I didn't even get a call.
Day 6/01 usual thing.
Okay, there is a covid, but can't you stay at home on guard duty to hope to receive a package ?!
They should call you .. "Hope"

The courier came and I was in residence but unfortunately he said I wasn't. I will probably go to the depot to collect me parcel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible. Yet again I had to collect the parcel from them. The correct address labels were added to the parcel in the UK, then for some reason when the package gets to Italy they add new labels and those labels have completely the wrong address on. Utterly incompetent.
