★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesi, maleducati e soprattutto prepotenti! L unico corriere, in italia, che non vuole tenere in giacenza i pacchi! Neanche su richiesta del mittente! Peggiori in assoluto! Per quanto mi riguarda, da oggi in poi avrete molto meno lavoro! Molti pacchi in meno da consegnare!!
 Rude, rude and above all bullying! The only courier in Italy that does not want to keep packages in stock! Not even at the request of the sender! Worst ever! As for me, from now on you will have a lot less work! Many fewer packages to deliver !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fanno finta di consegnare i pacchi specialmente nelle zone che gli tornano scomode a loro . Per me potrebbero chiudere anche domani non sono professionali ne competenti . Sto aspettando un pacco di SHEIN ma penso che mi dovrò arrangiare . Inutile parlarci perché tanto e’ tempo perso.
They pretend to deliver packages especially in areas that are uncomfortable for them. For me they could close tomorrow too, they are neither professional nor competent. I'm waiting for a package of SHEIN but I think I'll have to make do. It is useless to talk to us because a lot of time is wasted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pacco lasciato davanti casa senza nemmeno una telefonata. Lo vengo a sapere da una mail in cui mi si dice che la consegna è avvenuta con successo e dove vedo che addirittura è stata apposta la mia firma.
Peccato che il pacco era da rimandare indietro e non c'è verso di parlare con nessun operetore nemmeno in orario di lavoro.

Parcel left in front of the house without even a phone call. I find out from an email telling me that the delivery has been successful and where I see that my signature has even been affixed.
Too bad that the package was to be sent back and there is no way to talk to any operator even during working hours.
So many points !!!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely USELESS. Received notification that parcel from Germany had been shipped. Then it was apparently lost. Now SDA have returned it to Germany because they "couldn't find us"'. Every other courier finds us. No email/telephone from SDA. They have not responded to online request. No wonder Amazon UK and DE do not send items to Italy. Worst courier service in the world. Shame on them.
