D	David Cox on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most unhelpful company I have ever used. When telephoning the company their response in trying to resolve an issue is to put the phone down on you. Customer service is very poor and I do not understand why this company is still in business. I have also referred them to Amazion due to their poor service.
P	Paul Young on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet again another package from BRT fails to be delivered on the day it's supposed to. According to the online tracking a note was left as no one was home. I must have been hallucinating then as I know I was home all day and especially at the time the tracking was updated. Now it's a case of wait until the day they're now supposed to be delivering and have the same thing happen all over again so that I have to go and collect the package. If you ever have a choice of who's delivering your shipment choose someone else as you'll never get the delivery on time. Nearly forgot, the other note they try to use is "incomplete address" even though it's always the complete address. This company just does not bother to even try and deliver a package... I think they're trying to save diesel in their vans by making you go to the depot. Absolute bunch of incompetent, rude, arrogant idiots and their company is not fit for purpose.
J	Jennifer Brisk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UTTERLY AWFUL, VERY FRUSTRATING. LIED ABOUT DELIVERY. FAILED TO DELIVER MANY, MANY ORDERS. We have been told that the customer refused delivery? Why would we refuse our own packages that we needed desperately? No one even came to the house, so why did they write we refused delivery. All our other (many) orders coming through Amazon via Bartolini have not arrived either. I await further ridiculous comments. Please do not use this service if you are a seller!!!!! I have had all other parcels delivered no problem with other couriers. EXTRA: after having written them a long and detailed and polite email that took more time and energy, but in an attempt to highlight to the company at large that the LUCCA branch seems to have major customer service flaws, i get this 'Errore: Errore in fase di inizializzazione della pagina. Si prega di riprovare più tardi.' I GIVE UP!

P	P H on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are the pits, their regular tactic is to state that an address is incorrect in the hopes you’ll collect from the depot! I don’t think any of the delivery drivers carry sat nav or maybe even maps but leave every morning heading north, south, east or west and hope to come across an address on their delivery list, and if not will call you from wherever (normally a town 30 minutes drive away) state it’s too far to drive to now and that they will try and redeliver tomorrow (good luck with that). When phoning to enquire about your late delivery you are made to feel like you got your own address all wrong and that you are the trouble making inconvenience who is directly responsible for the failed delivery attempts. Avoid at all costs, reputable couriers will do well to avoid any partnership with this company

On the website you can only ask for redelivery to the same address, (Catch 22), or pick up from their depot. In short there's no point to them, might as well be a collection only service. My experience reflects that of other users; avoid like the plague!
L	Lorna Wheatley on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lazy, rude and ineffective. Driver Phoned and told me he was leaving my package on a park bench in the village, one half kilometres from my house. I called a friend who was 1 minute away. Driver called back “absolutely no” to waiting and took my delivery with him. Not the first time I’ve had a problem this company Day two and a similar situation- today’s excuse for expecting me to carry a 25+kg package one and a half kilometres home (I’m 59 and do not drive) was that the van is too big- strange that a full size lorry of furniture arrived within 30 meters of my gate a few years ago.
