★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il canyoning è, molto semplicemente discendere fiumi e torrenti con l’imbracatura. Io ho provato a farlo con una esperta che ci ha portato in bellissimi posti con l’acqua cristallina e con cascatelle da scendere. È molto bello e va più che bene con i ragazzi che si divertono un mondo.
Lo consiglio a chiunque abbia tempo libero e voglia di divertirsi (e anche di una bellissima rinfrescata dalla afa dell’estate xD)
 Canyoning is, quite simply, descending rivers and streams with a harness. I tried to do it with an expert who took us to beautiful places with crystal clear water and waterfalls to descend. He's very cool and goes just fine with guys having a lot of fun.
I recommend it to anyone who has free time and wants to have fun (and also a beautiful refreshment from the heat of summer xD)
