Volendo perdere alcuni chili ma non avendo voglia di fare una dieta rigorosa nei modi e alimenti, Gabriele mi ha strutturato un percorso alimentare estremamente flessibile facile da seguire e adatto alle mie esigenze. In 3 mesi ho perso 7 kg. Abbinando i consigli alimentari di Allegri a una moderata attività fisica. Al momento quello che posso dire è un grande Grazie alla competenza e professionalità di Gabriele Allegri! I had the pleasure and the good fortune to meet the dietician Gabriele Allegri and to enjoy his valuable advice in terms of diet and eating habits. Wanting to lose a few pounds but not wanting to make a strict diet in ways and foods, Gabriele structured me an extremely flexible food path that is easy to follow and suitable for my needs. Nel giro di un mese ha stravolto le mie abitudini alimentari che mi hanno portato a grossi benefici sia da un punto di vista fisico che psicologico. E' molto disponibile e attento, valore aggiunto non da poco. Lo consiglio vivamente sia per perdite di peso che per avere solamente un'idea della corretta alimentazione e quindi uno stile di più sano. Gabriele is a very competent professional in my opinion. Within a month it upset my eating habits which led me to great benefits both from a physical and psychological point of view. He is very helpful and attentive, which is no small added value. I highly recommend it both for weight loss and just to have an idea of the correct diet and therefore a healthier style.
