Diverse volte, nelle ore di apertura, sono dovuto tornare a nuoto perché non veniva nessuno, il pontile non è mai libero per imbarcare i passeggeri, e in più ti trattano costantemente con tantissima arroganza come se ti facessero un favore... La stessa società gestisce anche il distributore del porto, ma visto che sono in conflitto anche con la società distributrice, resta chiuso la maggior parte del tempo, cosi' puoi comprare la benzina a taniche, sempre da loro, a 2€ il litro. Sconsiglio vivamente questa società, sicuramente risponderanno a questo commento dicendo che era alta stagione, che non è colpa loro, ... e sarà giusto la conferma del loro modo arrogante di trattare i clienti. Je vous conseil d'aller voir à Porto azzuro où le service est nettement meilleur. After having had someone on the phone who hung up on me 3 times, I did not know if a boat was available. I advise you to go and see Porto Azzuro where the service is much better.

Ci hanno rifilato al prezzo di 200 € un mezzo vecchio di 10 anni ( a Portoazzurro con la stessa cifra a Spazio Mare ci hanno dato una barca a motore che era uno spettacolo di 5.80 metri ) dove al massimo potevamo starci in 3. Con le sedute scucite , che iimbarcava acqua , con un tenderino che sarebbe costato 50 euro in piu e che non aveva il suo posto a bordo e che potevamo tenere fermo con 2 corde sole ( perché 2 mancavano ) Con un ancora imbarazzante di 4 kg che quando l abbiamo tirata fuori era piena di alghe e con cui non riuscivamo ad attraccare , tanto era leggera. Come se non fosse stato abbastanza si è rottio il motore entrava acqua nel alimentazione e tutte le volte che rallenatvamo si spengeva e dovevano aspettare 2 minuti per ripartire Dovevamo stare fuori 1 giorno ma siamo dovuti rientrare alle 14 30 e siamo. pure rimasti ifermi all imbocco del porto Un esperienza devastatnte L unica nota positiva è stato il rimborso quasi totale della spesa circa il 70% Malissimoe ....statene alla larga !!! The worst boat rental ever experienced !!! We booked a dinghy for 5 adults on August 29th. They gave us a 10-year old vehicle at the price of € 200 (in Portoazzurro for the same amount at Spazio Mare they gave us a motor boat that was a spectacle of 5.80 meters) where at most we could fit 3. unstitched, which embarked water, with a tender that would have cost 50 euros more and which did not have its place on board and which we could hold still with 2 ropes alone (because 2 were missing) With an embarrassing anchor of 4 kg that when we pulled out it was full of algae and with which we could not dock, it was so light. La mattina alle 9 abbiamo chiamato per fare acqua e ci hanno risposto che il servizio inizia alla 10 e 30 quindi ci chiedono di aspettare. Siamo partiti per altri lidi. Non torneremo mai più a quell'ormeggio di Marina di Campo. Luglio 2021 Hello everyone I strongly advise against this company. The most expensive buoy in the whole Mediterranean, rudeness and arrogance at the highest levels. In the morning at 9 we called to get water and they told us that the service starts at 10 and 30 so they ask us to wait. We left for other shores. We will never go back to that berth in Marina di Campo. July 2021

We waited for 30mins, and eventually gave up and left. No luck trying to call either. Bad experience...but of course, you can try it if you manage to get the boat!
