Mi serviva per la valutazione dell'aggravamento, sono affetto da poliartrite psoriasica in forma severa. Hanno cambiato la data e mi hanno dato lo stesso referto. Provvederò a denuncia circostanziata e segnalazione alla ASL e Finanza. Malgrado numerosi solleciti telefonici e 3 PEC del mio avvocato, ho nessuna risposta! VIGLIACCHI! They are cheaters. M	Maria Avitabile on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente ho avuto una pessima esperienza tac e risonanza senza mezzi di contrasto effettuate il 30 luglio risposta tac dopo il 16 di agosto (sono andati in ferie senza avvisare ed il telefono funzionava con il solito ..attendere in linea) naturalmente senza risposta x giorni interi risonanza al 21 agosto non pronta .Mi sono vista costretta a rinviare il ricovero previsto per il 17 agosto al policlinico per mancanza di esami oggi sono fuori al centro spero sia pronto l'esito dell' esame Personally I had a very bad experience with CT scan and resonance without contrast media made on July 30th CT answer after August 16th (they went on vacation without warning and the phone worked with the usual ... wait on line) of course without answer for whole days resonance on 21 August not ready. Ogni telefonata in attesa media di circa 25/30 minuti senza esito. Ad oggi non ho ancora risolto Hallucinating telephone answering times. Ecografie pessime, dicono pochissimo dell'esame, fatte più volte ma il risultato è sempre lo stesso (chiunque sia il dottor che la svolge) Una struttura da risanare incominciando dal personale della ricezione, strafottente e poco garbati. Sono andato per il ritiro di alcuni esami RX e RM, mi dicono che erano pronti ed invece era pronto solo la RM, aspetto una settimana e richiamo, nulla nessuno mi risponde è c'è sempre la solita lamentela per tutta la giornata:rimanete in attesa. Decido allora di recarmi personalmente per il ritiro e trovo tutto chiuso, credo che per ferie. Ma lo volete fare comunicare quando vi chiamano, al posto della solita musichetta" attendere" Insomma una gestione da schifo. NB: unica cosa fatta bene è stata la Risonanza Magnetica. Non è così che si fa questo mestiere, non basta il laboratorio pulito e ben attrezzato, SCONSIGLIATO VIVAMENTE! Chiamo di pomeriggio per avvisarli di un mio lieve ritardo causa traffico, e senti per svariati minuti la voce registrata al call center di attendere e nel frattempo entro in ambulatorio con il telefono in mano e trovi la segretaria libera da ogni impegno, gentilezza e cortesia zero, a momenti la stavo disturbando e noto i telefoni liberi... Chiedi telefonicamente un'info e ti liquidano con una risposta stretta tra i denti incomprensibile ed al termine della chiamata neppure ti salutano. Pagato €. 10,00 per il ritiro del referto e si presenta al bar della Triestina anziché un regolare corriere, una signora, che a loro dire è una loro dipendente... naturalmente senza ricevuta! Mah! Dopo circa 3 ore riesco a fare l’ecografia. Dó una stella perché purtroppo di meno non si può dare, visto che non metterò mai più piede in questo centro. Un organizzazione peggiore non l’ho mai vista.il personale dovrebbe farsi un bagno d’umiltà ed essere meno arrogante e presuntuoso, ti stampano un foglio e sembra che stiano facendo le “fatiche di ercole”.
