★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palestra piccola, ma accogliente. Si pratica Zumba (in tutte le sue sfaccettature), pilates e altro. Corsi adatti ad ogni età, dai "kids" ai "gold". Roberta è fantastica, ottima motivatrice e istruttrice grintosa e capace! Lo consiglio a tutti quelli che amano tenersi in forma "ballando" e faticando tanto! Ottimo!
Small but cozy gym. We practice Zumba (in all its facets), pilates and more. Courses suitable for all ages, from "kids" to "gold". Roberta is fantastic, excellent motivator and gritty and capable instructor! I recommend it to all those who like to keep fit by "dancing" and working hard! Great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Per me la migliore palestra in assoluto?. Le istruttrici sono molto preparate, la palestra è ampia, gli esercizi a corpo libero sono vari e molto efficaci. Il planner giornaliero comprende varie attività, che vanno dal pilates a qualche cosa di più movimentato come zumba, comodi anche gli orari, in cui si svolgono le attività, sopratutto per chi lavora... Il mio consiglio, provare per credere! Eh si... perché puoi fare anche qualche giorno di prova per trovare l'attività più adatta alle tue esigenze?
