Ma il peggio è stato toccato oggi: ho telefonato per un rx torace e mi hanno domandato se avevo la richiesta del medico; gli ho detto che la reumatologa mi aveva mandato una mail in cui mi scriveva che dovevo farla, e loro hanno detto che poteva andar bene. Sono arrivato all’appuntamento e mi hanno negato categoricamente la prestazione, nonostante avessi in mano la mail.
